I purchased a 2012 Honda Accord from this dealership in September 2025. Within days of buying it, the check engine light came on. I took it back repeatedly, and they kept telling me the catalytic converter had been repaired. They have had my vehicle for weeks at a time, yet the exact same problem keeps coming back. Now the check engine light is ON AGAIN, showing the same code. At this point, I don’t even want to waste my time taking it back to them again because I’ve already given them multiple opportunities to fix the problem, and nothing has changed. I bought this vehicle expecting it to be reliable—not to constantly deal with the same unresolved issue and spend my time going back and forth to the dealership. This has been an extremely frustrating experience. Based on my experience, I would NOT recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership. Do yourself a favor and take any vehicle you’re considering to an independent mechanic before you buy it. Buyer beware. I wish I had known then what I know now.

these guys are hands down, 100%, some of the most incredible people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting and doing business with. the last place I got a truck from was truly a shitshow of a situation. I'd jus gotten the vehicle, 3 days in it broke down and we spent nearly a month trying to get it going again. The place I'd gotten it from wasn't helping in the least. on day 1 of arriving at 3400 autosales, it felt like id finally found some relief. They helped us figure out what was wrong in one session and plan out how to proceed. Dudes are super knowledgeable, Genuine and honest. Now I've got a better truck through this better company and I can actually smile about having this truck. I have faith that even if something were to go wrong, they would be there to fix it. The younger sales Omar was great towards be and my father he provided excellent services and got me into a Truck to start my new life journey in that I’ve been dreaming about and got us a decent price. If i come here I’d ask for him again

Omar, was beyond amazing!! I bought a Nissan van from them with over 100,000 miles. I was concerned because I live in Raleigh North Carolina and I could come see the van. I found a local mechanic in Texas and Omar delivered it over to the shop so I could verify everything! It checked out like Omar said it would!! I bought the vehicle and they delivered it to Raleigh in a timely fashion and Omar worked with me through the whole process. I would recommend this business for anybody. I owe a business myself and understand how difficult and rewarding it could be and these guys truly run an amazing business and that’s a lot of thanks to Omar.

Super helpful and forthright! Omar helped us out with buying a RAV4 in great condition. He communicated clearly, didn’t up charge us, and worked quickly. He also fixed a broken button on the car with no extra fee.
