A complaint is a 1–2★ review. “Usually” is the company’s own level over July 2025 – June 2026: 0 of 35. Too few public reviews to compare with the usual level. Reviews in the last three months: 8, at least 30 needed. Reviews in the year before: 35, at least 60 needed. Latest review: October 10.

Public reviews are a small, self-selected sample, not the business’s records; a quarter can be seasonal. How we calculate

Issue Rate

0.0%

0 of 100 reviews are 1–2★ · lower is better

▸Why the Issue Rate Is More Important Than the Average Rating?

A high average can hide real problems: a 4.6★ business may still fail 1 customer in 20. Issue Rate is exactly that share — reviews with 1–2★ out of all reviews.

Track record not connected

A business can connect its order system to show how many jobs it completed, next to its public reviews — and, if it sends more, how its customers rated them and whether it is improving. The system sends monthly totals only, no customer data; Tailwind computes the figures by one method for everyone.

Outstanding service from Under the Rug Floorcare! Their customer service is truly superb—responsive, professional, and so easy to work with. We had a beloved Persian carpet that belonged to my father-in-law, and it had several mysterious stains that we weren’t sure could even be removed. They not only got the stains out, but the carpet looks absolutely beautiful—honestly, like new! The service was fast, and they even delivered the carpet right to my door ahead of the promised time. Rolando was fantastic throughout the entire process. He was incredibly helpful, responsive, and made everything so easy from pickup to delivery. We are so happy with the results and would absolutely recommend Under the Rug Floorcare to anyone looking to restore and care for a special carpet. Wonderful experience from beginning to end!
