Super nice and knowledgeable! Will be doing my other rug through them!

They were fantastic I had a last minute emergency and they were able to attend to me Very efficient and very professional I would definitely recommend them to anybody no job too big or too small for them to tackle

Excellent job! My carpets look brand new!! Will definitely recommend them to my friends and have them back again!!!

Outstanding service from Under the Rug Floorcare! Their customer service is truly superb—responsive, professional, and so easy to work with. We had a beloved Persian carpet that belonged to my father-in-law, and it had several mysterious stains that we weren’t sure could even be removed. They not only got the stains out, but the carpet looks absolutely beautiful—honestly, like new! The service was fast, and they even delivered the carpet right to my door ahead of the promised time. Rolando was fantastic throughout the entire process. He was incredibly helpful, responsive, and made everything so easy from pickup to delivery. We are so happy with the results and would absolutely recommend Under the Rug Floorcare to anyone looking to restore and care for a special carpet. Wonderful experience from beginning to end!

Great customerservice Rolando did an amazing job on our carpet real good guy Will be in contact Thank you very much

Rolando was AWESOME! He worked on my dryer vent until the problem was solved. My previous dryer vent company left an absolute fire hazard that only diligence and work ethic could have corrected. I recommend this company highly. Don't trust expensive companies that have no conscience! Rolando it THE BEST!

Service was great, efficient and professional. Rolando and his team took my wool braided rugs to be cleaned and they came back looking great. I also had him clean my recliner and it came out good as new . The cost was better than I expected. I will definitely use them again and I will refer them to my friends and family.

Great people!

I needed my carpet cleaned and I saw this carpet cleaning business was given 5 stars. Some of the others were 4.8, 4.9 and lower. Well, after hiring "Under The Carpet" and the job was completed I see why they he received 5 stars...Rolando has the best equipment that not only cleans the carpet but perks up the carpet fibers that make my carpet look new!!! I haven't ever had my carpet look this good. Ever! Also, Rolando doesn't stop until he completely checks over the entire project to make sure it is perfect! I made the right choice of a carpet cleaners and he will now be my forever carpet cleaner! To top it off Rolando is very friendly and professional! Elizabeth V.

Rolando did a great job cleaning my ducts. Very professional, polite and communicated about his arrival time. Left the house clean and free of debris from the ducts. Pricing was fair. I would highly recommend Under the Rug Floorcare for duct cleaning.

I always feel lucky when I find businesses like this one. Prompt communication, reasonable pricing, excellent service, all while being friendly and so clearly good at what they do. Rolando let me know what to expect given the age, condition, and type of rug. It came back to us less than a week later looking brand new. So glad we used Under the Rug Floorcare and got to meet Rolando. We highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.
