Such an amazing experience. I walked in so much pain in my lower back but after 45 min of physio with Shannon, I walked out without even a hint of discomfort. The whole vibe of the centre is very calming and friendly. I have already booked for another session here. Highly highly recommend this place for your massages and physio sessions.
