They were able to clean a very stubborn stain on an older carpet. They were punctual, and did an excellent job. Their price was much cheaper than the franchise company.

I recently purchased a new home and wanted to have a whole house carpet cleaning prior to moving in. I had an appointment with another nationally known company and they didn't show. I then made an appointment with LikeNu the day before move in. I received an email and phone confirmation prior to the scheduled appointment. The day of the appointment I received a call that they would not be able to do the job that day and wanted to reschedule. I explained the situation to the owner that I wanted it done prior to moving in the next day. She reached out to her crew and found someone to come out after completing a large job at a church hall. Evan arrived at 7pm and was able to complete most of the job - he was not able to do the basement. I was very appreciative that Even went above and beyond his normal work day to service our house. He offered to return another day to finish the basement, but with the imminent move-in, it just wasn't feasible. Overall, he did a fabulous job with the area that he was able to complete. I would use this company again.
