2 of 100 reviews are 1–2★ · lower is better
A high average can hide real problems: a 4.6★ business may still fail 1 customer in 20. Issue Rate is exactly that share — reviews with 1–2★ out of all reviews.
A business can connect its order system to show how many jobs it completed, next to its public reviews — and, if it sends more, how its customers rated them and whether it is improving. The system sends monthly totals only, no customer data; Tailwind computes the figures by one method for everyone.

September 16, 2026GoogleIntegrity customs did such an amazing job on my car! They went above and beyond and I can’t even express how grateful I am for them! Joey was so nice and had great communication the whole time! They even detailed and cleaned my car so good! I wasn’t expecting that at all and they killed it! My car is driving better than before I dropped it off.. Thanks guys!

September 2, 2026Google⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10 STARS AND LADIES, THIS REVIEW IS FOR YOU. LISTEN UP. Let me tell you about my experience, because I feel like this one hits a little harder coming from a woman who suddenly found herself getting eaten alive in a man’s world. I got into a car accident, and what followed was honestly almost worse than the accident itself. I was being spoken to horribly not only by my own insurance company, but by another body shop here in Vegas. I didn’t know exactly what I needed to do or how to fix the situation. I’m not an insurance adjuster. I’m not a mechanic. I don’t work in the collision industry. But I DID know I was being treated wrong. By the time I called Integrity Customs, I was at my absolute wit’s end. I was so frustrated that I almost felt bad for whoever was about to answer the phone and get the full story. That person happened to be Joey. And THANK GOD it was. From that first phone call, Joey treated me completely differently. He listened. He explained things to me without ever talking down to me. He never made me feel stupid for asking questions, and most importantly, he made me feel like someone was finally in my corner. And he didn’t just talk a good game he handled shit. When my insurance company became difficult and rude, Joey stepped in and dealt with them himself. After I had spent so much time feeling like I had to fight this battle alone, having someone who actually understood the industry stand up for me and take some of that weight off my shoulders meant more than I can explain. Throughout the ENTIRE repair process, he kept me updated. I never had to wonder what was happening with my vehicle or feel like I had been forgotten. The repairs were handled quickly, communication was consistent, and Joey talked to me like a friend, not like another invoice or another car sitting in his shop. He made me feel valued. That might sound like a small thing until you’ve been in a situation where people repeatedly dismiss you, talk down to you, or make you feel like you don’t know enough to have a voice. Joey never made me feel that way. He made me feel like I mattered, my vehicle mattered, and what I had been through mattered. So LADIES, if you ever find yourself dealing with an accident, an insurance company, or a repair situation and you feel overwhelmed or like you’re being taken advantage of because you don’t speak their language CALL INTEGRITY CUSTOMS. ASK FOR JOEY. I genuinely cannot recommend this man and this shop enough. The name Integrity could not be more fitting. Five stars aren’t enough. 10/10. Ten damn stars. Joey, THANK YOU for taking care of me, taking care of my vehicle, and reminding me that there are still people in this industry who actually give a shit about the person on the other side of the phone. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
