A complaint is a 1–2★ review. “Usually” is the company’s own level over July 2025 – June 2026: 11 of 69. Too few public reviews to compare with the usual level. Reviews in the last three months: 19, at least 30 needed. Latest review: October 11.
Public reviews are a small, self-selected sample, not the business’s records; a quarter can be seasonal. How we calculate

A high average can hide real problems: a 4.6★ business may still fail 1 customer in 20. Issue Rate is exactly that share — reviews with 1–2★ out of all reviews.
A business can connect its order system to show how many jobs it completed, next to its public reviews — and, if it sends more, how its customers rated them and whether it is improving. The system sends monthly totals only, no customer data; Tailwind computes the figures by one method for everyone.

October 11, 2026GoogleI initially came because my low tire pressure signal lit up on my dash. They checked all the pressure in my tires and said they all needed a bit of air. That was a fine 20 bucks to fix and then the light went away. The next day while driving on the highway, the light turns on again. I come into their shop that same day and was told I needed 3 new tire sensors as the pressure in all my tires were fine and that the tire sensors were being picked up on the device they had. I paid about 330 with taxes and all. A bit skeptical about the price but this is my first car so I don't know whats an upcharge or reasonable. Two weeks after this, I began to hear a metal clanking noise in one of the tires, I went to this tire shop MS. AUTO REPAIR inc in woodside and they removed the hub cap of the tire creating the sound and one of the lug nuts fell out. I could not believe my eyes and so did the mechanic working on my car. I then asked him to check if all of the other lugs nuts on the other wheels were tightened properly and we found two lug nuts that were not fully tightened. The mechanic made sure to show me that they both still had a lot left to be tightened and that a mistake of this caliber was unacceptable from any mechanic. I ended up telling this mechanic my whole story about how I ended up going to fix my low tire pressure and this mechanic told me I was most likely scammed as 3 tire sensors going bad at once was a red flag and highly unlikely. Needless to say, I won't be coming here anymore.
