We recently hired this company for a move-in cleaning service, largely because of their high Google ratings, and unfortunately, the experience left a lot to be desired. We were expecting a thorough, detail-oriented clean given that this was for a move-in, where everything needs to be spotless before settling into a new space. A two-person crew came out, and they were friendly and pleasant to interact with, but unfortunately that didn't translate into the quality of the actual cleaning. Several key areas weren't cleaned as well as we'd hoped. The shower and bathroom still had visible stains after the cleaning was supposedly completed. The kitchen cabinets, both inside and on the surfaces, were not properly wiped down, with grime and stains still noticeable. Even the sides and edges throughout the space showed clear signs of being overlooked. For a move-in cleaning specifically, we expected a much higher standard, since this type of service is meant to leave the home fresh and ready before moving belongings in. Paying for a professional cleaning and still having to scrub stains myself before we could even unpack was frustrating and not what we signed up for. We're disappointed with the overall quality and attention to detail, especially given the glowing reviews that led us to book them in the first place. The team seemed like nice people, but the work itself just wasn't thorough, and that's ultimately what matters for a service like this. We wouldn't recommend this service for anyone needing a reliable, thorough move-in clean.

Praise cleaning services did an immaculate job on my 3brm 2bthrm move-out apartment clean. They definitely went above and beyond, putting the closet doors back on track and they worked a miracle on some really tough stains on the carpet. I would definitely hire them again and recommend their services to others.
