A complaint is a 1–2★ review. “Usually” is the company’s own level over July 2025 – June 2026: 2 of 11. Too few public reviews to compare with the usual level. Reviews in the last three months: 5, at least 30 needed. Reviews in the year before: 11, at least 60 needed. Latest review: August 29.

Public reviews are a small, self-selected sample, not the business’s records; a quarter can be seasonal. How we calculate

Issue Rate

5.0%

5 of 100 reviews are 1–2★ · lower is better

▸Why the Issue Rate Is More Important Than the Average Rating?

A high average can hide real problems: a 4.6★ business may still fail 1 customer in 20. Issue Rate is exactly that share — reviews with 1–2★ out of all reviews.

Track record not connected

A business can connect its order system to show how many jobs it completed, next to its public reviews — and, if it sends more, how its customers rated them and whether it is improving. The system sends monthly totals only, no customer data; Tailwind computes the figures by one method for everyone.

I had an appointment for a portable carpet steam cleaning. There was some mix-up and they sent the truck mounted system which was not usable as my apartment was on the third floor. Justin and Bill promptly left and went to pick up the portable unit and returned in record time. They went out of their way...above and beyond to get the job done beautifully! Thank you so very much for a job well done. I couldn't be more please. Aside from a great job they also had a great attitude👏👏👏

I had a flood upstairs in the laundry room that filled the ceiling of the living room beneath. What a mess. I called Night Owl Express for help and mitigation. It was a lot of water and a lot of work but they did a great job for me. They kept the work areas clean the few days they were here and had respect for the rest of my home as equipment was moved in and out. Thanks Justin for going the extra mile here. You made a bad situation a lot easier to deal with. Good work. THANK YOU

We have used night owl express cleaning several times. Their staff is always professional and quick to reply and dispatch a tech for cleanings. We just had Justin the manager of night owl come out he was fantastic! We have 3 large dogs and sometimes they have accidents in the house pee poo or puke you name it. Night owls techs leave our carpet clean and smelling new. They do a thorough job cleaning. Show up on time are friendly. They are cost effective and I highly recommend them! We will absolutely use them again!
