Flor did an amazing job cleaning our apartment. She was simultaneously diligent, thorough, and gentle. We hope to have her come over regularly! Lucas also did a great job when it came to communicating with us during the process from booking to texting us during the cleaning to make sure everything was running smoothly.

Cleaning Exec has provided housecleaners on an as-needed basis for my disabled sister in Astoria. They are communicative, responsive, and ready to accommodate to her schedule. The cleaners themselves are sometimes inexperienced but all are diligent and eager to help. Be prepared for the fact that cleaning schedules are subject to irregularity in NYC due to the need for many of their employees to use public transport, which can be unpredictable.
