Great people! My daughter was in her 1st car accident this week and Ziggys handled the tow of 3 vehicles. Ziggys manager was at the scene and saw my daughter standing in the middle of rt 28 and guided her to safety. My daughter, age 18 was distraught and she (the manager) had one of the officers help her. I went to Ziggys yesterday to check on the vehicle and when I told them that I didn’t know what to do they ALL were so helpful and kind and made sure I spoke to the right person at the insurance company and gave me some welcomed advice. I would definitely recommend! Ps- thank you Ziggy’s. Your warmth, caring and help meant so much to me and my daughter. <3

A Ziggy's truck blasted their horn bc I didn't immediately slam my gas pedal to the floor when the light turned green. Then felt the need to blast the horn again as they came alongside me. Sounds like you've got a case of road rage, buddy. So very sorry I have a toddler in the backseat that took my attention away for two seconds too long. Won't be turning to your business for any auto services I may need in the future.

Have always heard good things about this place but have never personally had a need to get anything done here.. Gave my neighbor a ride there the other day to pick up his truck.. He seems quite happy with the work done on the front end of his 15 Ford truck.. Another happy customer..

Arrogant, RUDE! Unfair. Over-priced. Demanding Cash ONLY to pick up a towed vehicle. (Who carries $800 in their pocket ??) …forcing us to go to a bank. The staff was an embarrassment to senior citizens just wanting to pick up their belongings from their vehicle…) RULES have to be followed ..understood…but in some cases they can be altered slightly? . NO BEDSIDE MANNERS here!. From the accident scene ( approximately 12 miles) to their place, the price went up another $300 bucks without any notice. Eventually (after being Loud and obnoxious in front of other customers) they lowered the price to $560! FYI…When the police are at the scene and they call for police tow …make sure Ziggys is not involved! A towed vehicle is BEYOND normal pricing!!! If there is another company to deal with for towing Don’t be fooled …GO elsewhere !!!!!!

I couldn't say enough good things about this shop. I've brought my truck and girlfriend's car in here several times over the years and they are the most honest and smartest people you'll get for auto help down on the Cape.

Cops towed my car, expired Registration, a ticket would have sufficed....to tow the car 12 miles and store it overnight almost 600 dollars!!...robbery! Stay away!....BBB will hear.

They are price gouging. Charged me $250 worth of "admin" and "move to public area" fees to get my car towed from them. They also overcharged me one day for storage. The first AAA tow truck I called had a RIVALRY with Ziggys, and could not tow my car at all. I had to wait, alone, in the SECOND parking lot I was sent to because they were unorganized and couldn't figure out where my car was, for 3 hours while AAA tried to find a truck that could tow me. Ziggys ended up doing it through AAA because no one else could tow me; I haven't recieved my car and its been 5 hours since this interaction. This place is absolutely ridiculous in the way they handle anything, this was blatantly the worst experience of my life. If you could pick anywhere else to go, may that be so far out of your way, I would still go somewhere else. Absolutely astonished how the state could do business with them with all of these issues attached. Do not go here.

Hidden fees good luck getting anything in writing. Says you need to pay in cash and very rude when you question them.

Always very professional and will guide you in the right direction

I came to these guys to do the tint and install LED headlights, but guys only did the tint. In a week and a half of waiting for an answer, only a call from them regarding the supply of spare parts, I had already moved to live in another state. It took a very long time to resolve the issue, no one even tried to speed up this process in any way and did nothing in the end.
