WIGGS auto service is the best! I’ve been looking for a new shop to do my routine oil changes, since Carmax has almost doubled their prices overnight. As a women, I’m hesitant to auto shops as sometimes they oversell & overcharge assuming I know nothing. WIGGS was great they were able to see my last minute and replace my brake light. They confirmed with me the price was okay before proceeding and I was in and out with a few hours. Their waiting room is clean and the staff were friendly. They even gave me a cute little trick or treat bag.

Wiggs what can I say, they are the best at what they do. I trust them to do a complete d diagnostic test and figure out the issue with my vehicle. And they always have. It’s a trip for me because I now live outside of Fayetteville.. but it’s worth the trip.. get the job done right

Got an oil change for a great deal! I used to pay $130+ at Take 5 and these guys only charged me 50 bucks and repaired my drainage plug for me. I’ll be back ! I highly recommend

I normally to Jiffy Lub for my oil changes. First time I went to WIGGS and they created a positive and excellent impression . The service at WIGGS was beyond my expectations. Sorry No more Jiffy Lub in the future. I will definitely recommend WIGGS To my family and friends. Oh forgot to say , they even gave me a packet of Pop Corn. Thank you Angelo

The service was terrible. They even added extra inspection charges without my consent—$173 without asking if I agreed to it. I will never visit this place again.

I wasn't going to leave a review at first even though my oil change that had a scheduled appointment took 90 minutes or that they tried to tell me a week old brand new tire had low tread. But when I got home I noticed that even though I gave them the coupon for the $44.95 oil change, they still charged me $57.10. That's just dishonest.

They are awesome!! Customer service is is up to park. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. I am new in town and I am glad I choose them for my car needs. They are also reasonable compared to other places I called.
