US Auto (and specifically Kevin!) did a fabulous job with my claim, fixing my vehicle, and was also very flexible with an extenuating circumstance requiring my car to be picked up shipping company and sent to me due to the timing of a relocation. They were also incredibly communicative and I did not have to pester them for updates. Would absolutely recommend US Auto to anyone; they take care of their customers!

Brought my car here after someone rear-ended me. Work was completed within a week and is top notch. Chris was great to work with and kept me informed of the progress. Would DEFINITELY come here again, although I hope I won't have to.

I just have to say how amazing the work did on our car was. We had to have the front end of our vehicle repaired due to a ladder falling off their vehicle and hitting us. Either way they were fast at fixing our car, I got updated texts, and i definitely will recommend them. Thank you Kevin you went above and beyond. Miguel

When I got in a car accident, the people from US Auto Connection were very friendly and took time to explain the process of repairing my car. The sent my updates to let me know how things were progressing and I fully appreciate it! As this was my brother's car, in the end of repairing and bringing it home, he was very satisfied with the job they had done! Thank y'all so much for y'all's help!❤️

US auto connect is very organized, friendly and easy to work with. After I turned my car over, they arranged rental car - that went smoothly. Ruben walked me thru the process - they provided frequent updates (almost daily of progress). Overall, I have no complaints and felt very highly of their service. When I picked my car up, I left the rental with them which was really awesome. Very pleased!!
