Friendly staffs, great service.

I had my muffler replaced and my oil changed and my tires rotated. Great office with USB charger and outlets, comfortable chairs and a great manager, thanks Cap!

I owned and operated a tire shop for nearly a decade. I brought my wife’s truck for a quick patch and they denied to patch it due to “liability” Not close enough to side wall and 100% patchable as I’ve done 100s like this. Tread on the tire still good too. Place just lost a customer as I only live around the corner. What a shame.

Kevin and his team continue to provide expert and timely service on multiple family vehicles--and all at reasonable prices. Thanks again for the excellent work!

The service was very efficient and the person that took care of me was very helpful in explaining what my vehicle needed and didn't pressure me in anyway which was appreciated. I really liked the text updates, and the overall experience was better than I expected.

I went to Tuffy for an oil change. These guys rock. Best oil change I’ve ever had in my life. Also the price right now is incredible. Do yourself a favor and go get an oil change there. The staff was helpful and let me know about some other things I need to take care of. They did a full point inspection and left detailed pictures and videos of things I needed repaired. Very thorough. I will definitely be back thank you guys and thank you to the whole team at Tuffy Troy.

Their team squeezed me in for an unexpected inspection of a vehicle I was purchased. I was apprehensive about the whole thing, but they were easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and comprehensive. I was very satisfied with their service.

Brought my car in on Saturday to have both front and rear brake pads and rotors replaced. I had my car back that same day.

Requested an adjustment on front and rear tire pressure after tire rotation on Ram Promaster 2500. Second time in a row it did not get done. Won’t be returning.
