I had a great experience with Nigel at Stretch Loft. He was very knowledgeable about the muscles and took the time to explain each stretch, including which muscle he was targeting and how the stretch would help. He was professional, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire session. I left feeling much looser and better than when I arrived. I highly recommend Nigel!

The place is gorgeous! When you walk in, you can feel the care and thoughtfulness that went into the atmosphere... from the decor to the music to the items for purchase. My practitioner, Nigel, was so thoughtful and easy to work with - he provided names for each part we were stretching, and always listened for my discomfort while pushing to get the best out of me in the session. All while speaking in a calm, affirming manner - I've already booked my next session with him and I'm definitely coming back.

She was kind, welcoming, and very professional. ​The Experience & Practitioner: ​Marlon is top-tier, excellent, super experienced, and has incredible attention to detail. ​Beyond a Basic Stretch: The session felt like much more than just a standard stretch; it truly felt like a powerful combination of stretching and physical therapy. ​Education & Takeaways: ​Informative & Educational: Marlon explained why certain areas of my body might feel the way they do, making the session very educational. I have been a member for a little over a year now. I came in with sciatica, neck, shoulder and back pains. The goal is to have a holistic approach to recovery and healing. The stretch therapist are knowledgeable, professional, and take the time to understand my specific needs before, during and after each session. Every appointment leaves me feeling more flexible, with less tension and improved mobility. They explain what they're doing and provide helpful tips and stretches to continue at home.

What a wonderful experience with Marlon for my first, but definitely not my last session! He was incredibly personable, which made my nervous system reset appointment even more relaxing and enjoyable. His expertise in bodywork was both enlightening and beneficial, giving me a greater appreciation for the importance of caring for myself. Thank you, Marlon, for such an amazing experience. 10/10 experience! My first time doing a professional stretch appt and Marlon was amazing!! Took time to learn about my issues and history. The session was top tier and never felt better after! Highly recommend!

I was pretty sure that I would be living the rest of my days with pain. Something told me to try Stretch Loft and I am so glad that I did. I had the great fortune of landing with Lawrence, and he has been teaching me the root causes of my pain, all about body mechanics and how to move correctly. He is incredibly knowledgeable. I am a busy single Mom, and I drive an hour to see him on a regular basis without any hesitation. It is well worth the time. I am steadily regaining mobility!

After watching some videos and researching I chose to make an appointment with Marlon who is a master practitioner. As a Babalawo in the IFA/ORISA spiritual tradition of Africa, I can assure you this is not like an ordinary stretch routine. Benjamin, Marlon and other practicioners actually read your body as they are working on you. We hold on to different trauma, stress and emotions that get physically trapped in our bodies. Once detected they are able to release that energy through breathing and stretching/ manipulating the body in certain ways. It's worth it. Trust me!
