I had such a great experience working with Robby! He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free, which makes such a difference when buying a vehicle. It’s refreshing to work with someone who takes the time to answer questions, communicate clearly, and make you feel valued as a customer rather than just another sale. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, easy, and enjoyable. A huge thank you to Phillip my salesman, for being professional, knowledgeable, and making the buying experience stress free. I also want to recognize Yass, the Sales Manager, for going above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. And a special shoutout to Dave for adding to the great experience of keeping the Ella Langley on repeat haha jk (But please change the music) 😁 The entire team made me feel comfortable and valued as a customer. Please avoid the sales person Manny at all times. He has the worst customer service once the car is out the lot. He did not even have the courtesy to wash and detail the car before delivery the car was in a bad shape. He promised to reimburse me for the wheel alignment which I paid out of my pocket, not a word in 2 weeks . False promises made that he would discount 250$ manger special if I could help him with month end sale . Mentioned to him all he said was he forgot and never reimbursed me The dealer added add on items 1 window guards 2 window tint 3 AVAS car tracker device When I was going through car fax reports the tint was done in year 2022 AVAS is not working for past weeks When I messaged Manny he mentioned that I will take care of it , nothing has been done. After two attempts to reach the manager, he wants me to drive all the way from yuma spending my gas money to get it reinstalled because he mentioned that if it wasn’t for my liking . As promised the service team will call me tomorrow to get my window tint installed and get AVAS working
