Enjoyed this experience as a walk in and always indecisive brought my own polish yet it was unusable. Switched to gel polish.🫣 Ryan was pleasant, professional, and patient!

Careful they charge you here to even say hello! I called asked for prices before I went they said, a full set acrylic with gel would be $60 I go in and got charged $130 I got charge extra for the length (size3) for shaping (coffin) and extra cause I asked for white color!!!! Lady who helped me TRACY was super rude, rough and just simply did , what she wanted. Look around for other place I think I even got charged for the complementary Diet Coke they offered .

The absolute worst place I have ever gotten my nails done. I had to file them myself, they thinned them so much the nail is sore, they left a huge gap from my cuticle to the polish it looks like I got them done a week ago. Absolutely TERRIBLE! Run, do not step foot here

This is my favorite place for Gel Manicure and Deluxe SPA Pedicure, excellent staff, many varied services, and experienced professional staff. Keith and Helen were awesome!! Love their skills , professionalism.

please check reviews before coming here. im done giving these salons the benefit of the doubt. Pedis are NOT the price listed! I got a classic pedi marked 30$ and a nail take off (10$) my total came out to 72$.And to top it off he ripped a piece of skin off my finger I feel bad still i couldnt tip since I was paying with my husbands card and he knew the price It wont be long until these spas go out business for scamming people. Paid 72 for a foot wash, some color, and an injury?! seriously

I love that you never have to make an appointment and never have to wait. Their service has always been consistent and deliver great manis & pedis.

SCAMMERS!! I called for a walk in pedicure before going I called to make sure how much it was because I don’t get a normal pedicure I’m super ticklish I only let them clean and paint my toes no scrubbing no massages nothing. she said $30 dollars. After my 40 min long pedicure which was to long for me just to get toes painted I asked if she could hurry and it didn’t need to be perfect. I’m here for painted toes not the experience of being waited on. And that seem to upset her she talked in her language I couldn’t understand then at the end charged me $55. I feel scammed and annoyed and frustrated I’m assuming she thought I wasnt going to tip and added to the total so I didn’t end up tipping since the want to over charge and scam people. Terrible never going again or recommending and telling all my followers to avoid this place. They over charged me and didn’t even provide full services and added hidden fees no one told me about till it was time to pay.

I was charged $20 for gel polish on my hands last time I was there, and yesterday I was charged $25. The reason? They charged me the $5 to clip my nails. Both times I had no nail polish on my hands.

“on to the next nail salons” as this was the last draw. I overpaid for a service that wasn’t worth the investment. Requested a simple gel nail color but received an unfamiliar polish type and only 12 color options, as per the technician’s statement that those were the only available colors. Walked to pay gel cost ($20-$30) in my thoughts and $65 dollars was the total. 💸for gel on very short natural nails.

Helen, was lovely. Very kind, thoughtful, funny and fast. She did very good work. The spa is beautiful and clean.

This nail shop had me in there for 5 hours for a simple French manicure and pedicure. I am livid.

Wonderful experience with Keith here at spa and nails on Mesa! They offered drinks, made sure I like shape and color periodically through my service! The owner was very nice and pleasant!
