Finally, a quality auto repair shop that you can count on!

Great service for a reasonable price. They went above and beyond to fix my car even when it required more work than was in the original scope.

Shannon was wonderful

So far I've has 3 appointments within 30 days for a check engine light & over heating. Literally was transparent with them that I was unemployed. This has been costly & time consuming. Not to mention put my safety in danger. If they can make this right I'll update & delete this review. Until my vehicle is properly fixed this is my truth. Zero stars.

Would recommend to anyone!! They've helped in a pinch plenty of times, are always efficient, kind, and communicative. Reasonable cost as well.

Don’t ever bring a bmw here. I needed a new fuel system for my old bmw, but it seems they didn’t correctly install it since I have an evap leak after only a year. Even worse, they were trying to charge for a simple adjustment they didn’t correctly do and won’t own up to their mistake, but we already paid 2 grand for it and waited 2 weeks to get it back. A brand new fuel system shouldn’t have any issues after only a year, even for a 20 year old car.

Never take care your car lady in the office is very nasty she lied to the Insurance company about what happened to my car this is the second time we had a problem with this lady after the years I thought the owner got someone else after the talk me and him had about her she was disrespectful and the shop not doing a good job on looking at the vehicles and my car is in the same place as I drop it off at so I’m trying to see how a Diagnostic was done you have to keep calling to check on your car they don’t even give u a call update about your vehicle

Team there did an excellent job servicing my vehicle and being considerate of my time due to the fact that I needed to leave the vehicle with them. Definitely will check with them first with any issues going forward! Update to review- had to have additional work done to my vehicle and this was the first place I went due to the excellent service experience prior. Over a year later and I’m still satisfied- great work, great price, great service and efficient.

My daughter’s vehicle broke down unexpectedly in Savannah. Shannon and the crew from Victory car care were very efficient in getting the vehicle back up and running. They were also very attentive to the fact that we were from a different city, and the difficult situation we were in. They had her vehicle fixed within 48 hours. Thank you!!

This was our second vehicle to bring for service. The AC wasn’t cooling and a check engine light was on. The truck was diagnosed and fixed for a fair price. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly!
