100 reviews for San Jose Sprinter Van Repair Services MID AUTO

Great customer service! The owner was very fair and honest with the state of my car and did not charge for some work he did on the vehicle. Great place!

I can’t say enough good things about MID Auto and the owner, Zoran. I’ve been taking my vehicles to Zoran for years, ever since he worked on my Sprinter van, and he has always been honest, knowledgeable, and fair with his estimates. Most recently, I brought him my Porsche diesel, which was having a major fuel system issue. I had no idea what was wrong, so I simply left it in Zoran’s capable hands. He quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and had the vehicle back to me within a few days. I was genuinely surprised by how reasonable the final cost was. Zoran and his team have also done bodywork and painted an old Land Cruiser for me, and the results were amazing. They take pride in their work and consistently deliver excellent results. If you’re looking for an honest, capable, and trustworthy auto shop, MID Auto and Zoran should absolutely be your go-to. I highly recommend them!

Very reasonable price to replace battery. Fast service as well.

Our Mercedes got into a minor fender bender, Zoran, the shop owner, was incredibly caring and patient in explaining how he intends to fix the vehicle, and approximate pricing. His shop is super clean, and his dusk free paint room is super professional. We did not go through insurance, and Zoran was very reasonable with his price. The vehicle came back like new after a long weekend, making it super convenient for us. Thank you!

So grateful for the quick service we received here when we were traveling through the area and in a time crunch. Knowledge, friendly and skillful. Doesn’t get better than that! Thank you so much for your help!

Zoran is nothing short of amazing, had my 2015 sprinter going in and out of limp mode standing the vehicle in the bay area, he diagnosed it as a failed DPF causing exhaust restriction, he was able to get it replaced in under a day and as a business owner, he understood the urgency of a contractor’s vehicle being down, and moved us to the front of the line. Highly recommend Zoran for any Sprinter repairs.

Upgraded my audio. Amazing mechanic and body shop. One stop shop. He knows his European cars!!

Came in with a flat tire, and was out within 15min. Didn't catch the name of the person who helped me but he was very welcoming, quickly assessed the issue and let me know what it would cost and time needed to fix it. I thought the price was very reasonable and they fixed it within the promised timeframe.

Zoran is the best and most friendly mechanic I have ever met. If I have 10 friends, I would recommend 11 to his shop !

The fan on my heater went out just before returning home and having to drive over Donner’s pass. A heater is mandatory to keep the windshield defrosted. On a weekend,Zoran told me he could fix it, sourced the fan blower motor and had my van functional in a couple of hours. He showed me how they knew it wasn’t a wiring problem and the mechanic showed the voltage arriving at the blower as 12-13 volts. The motor on the blower was barely able to turn by hand force. He replaced it and a massive problem was fixed! Thanks for helping us!

Wow, I've used Zoran and his tem before for our Sprinter-based RV, as he's one of the few independent shops around specializing in Sprinter service. He's always been great... reasonable pricing, excellent support, and deep expertise in the issues around MB Sprinters. But now he's just opened his new shop (right next to his old cramped space) and it's incredible! New RV-capable heavy-duty four post drive-on lift, 4 other lifts, room for about 7 service bays, and a nice lounge for his impressive while-you-wait service for most routine appointments. This is the place to go for your Sprinter service, and judging by the other vehicles in the shop today, he can work on other cars as well. Great pricing, almost 1/3 of what the dealership wanted for my "Service A" appointment, and he only uses genuine MB service parts and fluids. SO highly recommended, even more so now with his gleaming new huge facility. Congrats to Zoran and Denny on the opening of their new place!

Zoran and the team at MID Auto Setvice & Auto Body are absolutely amazing! I bought a camper van that had some fixer up projects that all came at once and I couldn’t be more grateful for his kind and diligent customer service and mechanic skills to support in bringing my van to tip top shape. If you need mechanical work, look anywhere else, this is the spot!
