Five star customer service! I absolutely love coming into this store. Tiffany helped me find a couple outfits for my trip! She was very patient and kind and found me things I wouldn’t have even thought about trying on! Will definitely be coming back!

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I drove over to Miramar especially for this store…. I was looking for certain items and upon reaching the swimsuits I noticed two clerks yapping away, staring at me. Eventually their form of security hovered near me. I engaged their loss prevention of some sorts lol. How insulting. I work at an agency where I have a secret clearance. I could have bought anything I desired… But not after being treated like a crim.

Donna was helping me to find a ball gown for an opera gown in Nice, France. She listens to my needs and was professional, knowledgeable and found me the perfect gown. She went above and beyond!! 5 star service

Double check EVERYTHING before completing checkout. Was told SPECIFICALLY that luggage was 20% off, then denied discount when checking out. Not happy about it.

La tienda super bien siempre encuentro muchas cosas buenas acá, pero la gente de esta tienda inventa cosas para no devolver tu dinero, entonces checa bien que no vayas a devolver nada ellos harán lo posible por no devolverte tu dinero.

I was in the store yesterday and there were no clerks behind the counter. I stood in line and waited and finally left as nobody was around. Very disappointed as I found something I really wanted but won’t wait around trying to spend my money. That will be my last stop at this store.

Store was clean BUT, hardly any staff to help. No excuse for that being it was 2 days before Christmas. Also, many, many clothing racks were empty or 50% full... Also, very odd considering this is prime time selling season. Maybe recent news about Saks and Neiman Marcus possibly going into Chapter 11 has people spooked.

Ja wirklich gut wenn man sich die Zeit nimmt in Ruhe durch den Laden zu stöbern. Die Auswahl der Designer ist großartig. Für jeden was dabei. Egal ob kleines Mitbringsel aus dem Urlaub oder ein komplett neues Outfit. Nur plant mehr Zeit ein.
