They SAVED me! I came home at 11:30pm from a week long trip to find that my house sitter’s pups had used my office as their personal indoor facilities. Yikes! I tried to clean it up myself (my friend/sitter hadn’t noticed anything out of sorts 😬) but it was beyond my skill set. I panic-called Royalty (on my son’s recommendation) and Kelly made an emergency trip first thing the very next morning! They were incredibly thorough, kind, and efficient and I can’t express how much I appreciate them. There aren’t enough stars!

Super-nice staff and they really care about what they do. They came out a second time to work on stubborn grout, no questions asked. All smiles :)

Royalty did a beautiful job getting all the home’s tile clean - the tiles gleam! We had kitchen floor tiles as well as two bathrooms done and it looks terrific!

Royalty Carpet and Tile Cleaning provided an outstanding grout and tile cleaning service for me. After years of children, pets, and everyday traffic, my grout had turned dark brown (almost black) in the high-traffic areas. Today, my entire floors have been beautifully restored to their original shade, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Thank you for the professional and friendly service. Best Company In Town!!! WOW, a company that really cares about great service and exceptional quality work! Out travertine was in pretty bad shape thanks to our Golden Retriever and several months of use. After Royalty Carpet & Tile Cleaning concluded with todays clean it's brand new again! Kelly and Craig did a fantastic job with our floors. We had them come in to clean our 17 year old grout that has never been cleaned and now they look brand new! The process from scheduling to completion was easy peasy. Once we signed off on the quote, we received some information about what they would be doing and on the day of the cleaning, they were in and out in about 2 hours. Our floors and baseboards are so clean and it really just transforms how our house looks and feels. Highly recommend Royalty Carpet and Tile Cleaning.

I was a bit unsure if I wanted to spend the money on carpet cleaning, but the results speak for themselves: I thought my carpet was brown...turns out it's actually gray! The crew was so nice, personable, and even used corner protectors and helped me move my plants out of the way.

Excellent! 8 year old, white couch w multiple stain etc.. Looks perfect, no more stains. Also, cleaned up grease spots off carpets. No sign the spots were ever there. Previously they cleaned my 6 year old high pile white shag carpet- it was super dirty. They cleaned/ returned it and it looks brand new! I couldn’t believe it! Very polite and respectful family owned business that works hard and has great results. Next time, I need my furniture, or carpets clean- I know where I’ll go!!
