I needed to have my car’s routine maintenance completed. I didn’t have a ride to pick me up after dropping off my car. Craig arranged to have this done at a time I could just wait for the work to be done, which was very convenient and a great time saver. They also discovered that my battery need to be replaced, which saved me from discovering one cold winter morning.

I’ve really been frustrated lately At the lack of competency at some of the “quickie garages“ in the area. We have all spent a huge amount of money purchasing our cars. We live in DFW area so we need reliable transportation. Doesn’t it make sense to take your vehicle to garage that has certified technicians?

Steve and Craig have been servicing my cars since I think 2007. I trust them and they have never failed me. This trip was routine maintenance chores. Thank you Road Masters for being superior all these years!

Highly recommend Road Masters Auto! We’ve been bringing our cars to Craig and Steve for more than 31 years. They do absolutely great work and are completely reliable. Thanks to their expert care, one of our high-mileage vehicles has successfully crossed the 300,000-mile mark and is still going strong. Richardson is lucky to have them.

Steve was very professional and handled my issue in a timely manner. I would recommend Road Masters. And not to mention very affordable.

Great service and fair prices. Mechanics are very knowledgeable.

Consistent, reliable communications & work. Craig & Steve are supper guys to work with.

They’re super thorough and really take the time to get everything right. You can tell they actually care about the work they do. Definitely my go-to from now on.

If you want experienced, honest, capable mechanics who communicate very well, explain everything, set expectations properly, do what they say they will, make the repair or service correctly, and charge low prices, then Road Masters is for you! I am not car-savvy, but a great friend who is recommended them, and they are OUTSTANDING! I trust them! He'll save you money over the dealership and do better work!

My car needed some engine work, oil change. It is driving great now !!

Appointment for standard maintenance. Plan to return for any needed repair/maintenance

Initially went to the dealer who misdiagnosed the electrical problem on our van. Brought it to Roadmasters and they actually diagnosed my issue and fixed it! Highly recommend them for servicing your vehicles!

Top Notch Service! Steve and Craig are not just great mechanics, they are truly honest with their work.

Work was done promptly and service was very professional.

Fair prices and honest mechanics are hard to come by these days, so glad my cousin told me about this place and they didn't disappoint! I brought my truck in and they fixed it up pretty quick and I was back to work the next morning.
