Since I contacted Ricks Collision, Cassandra made the entire process so much easier. I was informed and updated every step of the way. I was pleasantly surprised how this husband and wife team take care of their customers. Its hard to find a place thats genuine and honest in their work. Not to mention, a live person answers the phone. Not a robot. Thank you Cassandra and Rick for your hospitality and dedication in all that you continue to do! I love the work done to my 2018 Dodge Challenger TA! Just like new!

Would give 100 stars if I could! Dropped my car off on a Monday and they had it done by Wednesday. And they cleaned it! And it was thousands less than what the dealership wanted to charge me. So kind, so efficient! And the waiting room is stocked with cold beverages, a comfortable couch, and a big TV.

I recently had to bring my car in to be repaired. I knew I didn't want to go to the dealerships like I had years past. The dealerships did quick fast work and didn't fight for your rights. I found Rick's collision on Google. Cassandra and Rick were outstanding. They listened. They fought for the rights of my insurance policy to make sure I got everything I needed. They are extremely thorough. Excellent work and communication with me and they did all the communication with the insurance agents/ company. I couldn't ask for anything better My car looks great. You would never know anything was wrong with it. It looks better now than before. I also got a very thorough invoice, which dealerships do not give you And the dealerships don't really tell you everything they did. I needed a rental car. They were excellent to set up the rental car. It was all so easy. They set up the rental and was ready to pick up and so easy easy to return. Rick's collision is highly recommended. We had a collision and the insurance totaled our car. We took it back anyway and took it to Rick's Collision. Picked it up yesterday and it looks and drives like a brand new car.(2017 Chevy Volt) We are so happy. We would highly recommend them. You want go wrong. And Samantha is the best also. Cassandra, Rick, and the whole team at Rick's Collision were outstanding. I took my car in after major structural damage and they were able to fix and repair the vehicle to pristine condition – to the point where I could not even tell I had ever been hit! Not only did they do an amazing job, but they were kind, honest, and good people – I'd 100% recommend them and happily work with them again.

When the car was keyed In several places, we feared the worst. We thought we might have to paint and repair it at great expense. Instead, Rick’s thought they could buff it out and polish it for the cost of a detail. It worked, and we are delighted with the result. Plus, they offered free transportation to and from the repair shop. You can’t beat that!

After my RAV4 was in a car accident I went online to find a body repair shop and chose Rick's Collision because of all the fantastic reviews. To say the least, I was not disappointed. The owners of this family business are incredibly dedicated to providing top level service, a rarity in my experience. I especially liked that they stood their ground with the insurance company, which was being mysteriously incommunicative. In the end I got all the compensation I was owed thanks to their diligent efforts to provide the details of the repairs that followed the Toyota protocols. The car was fully restored to normal and I dare say looks better than it went in. Cannot recommend this business highly enough.
