My high review is based on things I’ve never experienced at an auto repair shop: The final cost was less than the estimate, the work was professionally done, it was ready a day early, the staff was friendly and there were abundant free treats and drinks, the car was cleaned INSIDE as well as out—-basically they went beyond the call of what was expected! It really DID feel like a family operation. What a welcome surprise, especially in this day and age!

I don’t think I’ve ever been treated this well by a company. More companies should take an example from these guys. You can tell they are a Christian based company. Thank you for the awesome service!

Raymond Auto body is absolutely the best. My husband Wayne and I have used them for many years and they are the best. Just had a new pumper and my car painted.they are right on it when I make an appointment.Dave and the girls in the office and everyone that works there you could have anyone set up and get your vehicle taken care of and be very happy with the results.

Hello In late August I got my car back. My staff member was Brad Robinette. I was frightened because I was the victim of a break in. Brad was patient and explained eve y part of the process. During the 2 weeks they had my vehicle Brad was attentive and gave me updates without me asking . Brad also is very responsive. When I was looking at a abody shop different reviews kept saying Raymond’s. And now as someone with first hand experience I can safely say. I too recommend Raymond’s. Brad thank you so much for going above and beyond and being detailed.

I brought my car in for body damage repair. Brad was professional and thorough with a quote and explanation of service. The work took about a month and Brad called with updates throughout the process. He told me a few parts were on back order and I would need to bring it back for about 30 minutes of work when the parts came in. When I picked it up, they had detailed it and it looked like a new car! When the backordered parts came in, they made the additional repair and washed the car for me. Exceptional service and friendly staff!

Would definitely recommend going here. They took excellent care of my vehicle and were always pleasant to deal with. They also worked with my schedule (needed to take back my car for a trip mid repair) and kept me informed of the progress. Overall very pleased.

Simply the best! Very professional and fabulous work! We had a lot of hail damage and the car is not only gorgeous now, but staff was so reliable and communicative with us and insurance company. I would highly recommend Raymond Auto Body.

Raymond is by far the best auto body shop in the twin cities, the communication far exceeded my expectations. They repaired the GLE for us and even detailed the outside and inside. Raymond Auto body did an excellent job on my car’s body repair. The price was fair and very competitive against others quoted. They treated my car as if it was their own. Brad Robinette was very good at assessing what had to be done and was always keeping me informed on the repair. Good guy! Highly recommended them.

Raymond Auto body has wonderful customer service, communicating along the way. Our injured truck came back exactly as the day it rolled off the factory floor. Attention to detail is their strong suit. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for car repairs!

A small repair on my Mini took almost a month due to disagreements between the auto body shop and State Farm as they are not a "preferred" vendor for State Farm. However, Josh kept me informed at every step. I received an email approximately every other day with an update, even if it was just to say that nothing had changed. The work looks great and Josh explained their excellent guarantee.

I'm grateful they exist (a mechanic that is certified for Tesla's). They did a superb job. Very thorough. Excellent communication and attention to detail. I'd go back!

Fantastic service that went above and beyond. They focus on building value for long term customer relationships. Shop is almost an hour from my house but they made it so easy, I will use them again.
