I highly recommend this place! After doing some research on the best place to have the body repairs done on my vehicle, I found Nice & Easy. I loved the name and was impressed by the great reviews, so I decided to give them a try. I had a very pleasant experience. The staff was helpful and truly made the entire process nice and easy! This was my first car accident, so I really appreciated how they took care of everything, including coordinating with the insurance company and keeping the process stress-free. Great service and a great experience overall. Five stars!

Got some work done, ran into a issue afterward, but I went back and they honored their warranty without any hassle. The staff were cool about it, very helpful, and took care of the problem. I really appreciate their customer service and standing behind their work.

I asked my service guy at the VW dealership for a body repair recommendation & he referred me to Nice & Easy. I also liked that the shop already had an established relationship with my insurance co. (Geico). Armando Jr. aka Jr. was my point of contact and I felt that my car was in good hands. What really stuck out is that I did not have to call & chase down info about how the work was going. Jr. would call me first! I just feel grateful that I opted for a local business and not a huge conglomerate. My car came back looking like new and I felt I received good customer service. I highly recommend.

The standard in Excellence . This shop by far offers service, value and customer service that goes above the standard in excellence. They provide quality service at great prices and make you feel valued as a customer. They have a great attitude as soon as u walk through the door and deliver results .

How to put words into it, well if I could give them more than 5 stars I would! Im just so thankful and glad I found them. I had no idea how insurance work together with them and as soon as I called to ask questions Luis was really kind to answer and guide me trough the whole process, my car was taken super quick and ready just in time. I’ve never had to take my car to the auto shop specifically because of a car crash and they made everything easier and convenient for me Im just super grateful And content with the results, customers service was above and beyond and my car looks great they even did some extra touch ups 🙏🏽🥹

Amazing service and work. I had damage to my driver side fender that made it impossible to open my door. The front desk team took the time to look at my car and offered a simple fix instead of pushing for a full replacement. Edgar, one of the technicians, went above and beyond by taking time out of his day to help. He carefully bent the fender back into place, and like magic, I could fully open my door again. I truly appreciate the honesty, skill, and customer service. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with Nice and Easy Collision Center. Jr was my main point of contact and was extremely responsive and informative throughout the entire process, which was handled quickly and efficiently. He made everything easy to understand and gave me a lot of confidence from start to finish. The repairs turned out exactly how I hoped, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Everyone else I interacted with briefly was also very kind and professional. These guys did a terrific job restoring the paint on my RAV4 to like new condition. The price and customer service were also excellent. Huge thanks to Daniel! I would definitely use them again if needed and recommend them as friends and family.

Highly recommended. The staff are helpful, the customer service was excellent. I appreciated the transparency and prompt communication. The shop operated quickly and efficiently. I was able to pick up my car in a timely manner.

This is my second time returning to Nice and Easy Collision and this time around my same vehicle was completed in a timely manner. Jr. and his team kept me well informed from beginning to end. I will include photos of before repair. Now the bumper looks like new, such that I still have not taken a photo of it since getting her back. Since I proceeded with the other driver's insurance Jr. helped guide me and Wawanesa through email correspondence so that we could get the job done as soon as possible. The convenience of Nice and Easy being able to return my Enterprise vehicle made the transition back to my car so much easier. Thank you team for providing a streamline service!

Accidents really suck, but they happen. I’m incredibly grateful to the team at Nice & Easy for their professionalism throughout the entire process. From the first phone call, I knew I was in good hands. They turned an unexpected situation into something far less stressful and made my car look practically brand new.
