Had my trucks tailgate replaced in August here, and they matched the paint perfectly and had me rolling out the same day! Truely a great collision repair shop with top quality work! And its like a car show! Always some good looking high end cars here.

Danny fixed my car and it looks brand new! He is extremely professional along with Jason who I’ve worked with prior. My only complaint is that there is still a lot wrong with my car mechanically and it’s making a very bad noise still on the front of the car and the back

I’ve taken three cars here over the years for major and minor bodywork. Every experience has been great. I moved an hour away recently and needed my windshield replaced. Was willing to drive to them because I knew they could get insurance to pay for BMW OEM glass. And they transferred my registration sticker and HCTRA tag to the new windshield. Also fixed a ding on my hood and reconditioned my wheels. Everything is top notch.

Long story short, they stole 500 out my wallet and denied doing so despite being the only people to have access to my car besides me. Did dreadfully awful job to address the issue. Besides that car came back with more problems then I left it with which is impressive because I damn near totaled that thing. It would probably be more effective and cost efficient to drive your car off a cliff and pray the boulders will buff out the dent in your car, and at minimum your money would still be right where you left it.

This place has the best people, their work is outstanding, I’m amazed every time I have my vehicle repaired by them! They are one of the most honest and genuinely friendly businesses in Houston! Highly recommend visiting them if you need anything done.

Brought my car here after a minor fender bender. My insurance company recommended them. Metropolitan Collision was very easy to work with and kept me up to date throughout the repair process. They really went above and beyond fixing my car, and when I got it back it was cleaned inside and out.

Took my Tesla here for repairs because they were a certified shop. Very professional. Shop looks clean and well run. When I called for updates they were quick to answer and never felt like I was bothering them. They worked well with my insurance company as well.

I had a great experience with Metropolitan Collision Service after my Subaru Crosstrek was repaired there. From the beginning, the team was professional, organized, and easy to communicate with, which made a stressful situation much easier. Eddie was especially helpful throughout the process. He kept me updated, explained everything clearly, and made sure I always knew what to expect. That level of communication really stood out. The repairs were completed carefully and according to manufacturer standards, and the car looks excellent. I really appreciate the attention to detail and the support from the entire team. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing collision repairs, especially if you drive a Subaru.

After a very disappointing accident I was really doing my research when I came across Metropolitan online. This ended up being the best body shop experience I’ve ever had. After receiving the car back I did a thorough detail, during that process you always find something, you see and touch every inch of the car. I was so impressed that the repair really is spotless, it truly looks better than before the accident. If your have a vehicle that you love and want perfect don’t hesitate to come to Metropolitan.

I brought my car in this morning fully expecting to spend thousands on paint repairs! The woman at the front desk was just as friendly and kind in person as she had been on the phone. Zeek, the technician who assisted me, was able to simply buff out the scratch—it wasn’t deep enough to damage the paint (thank goodness for my ceramic coating!). He didn’t charge me a single dollar for the work. This shop has earned my loyalty and will be my go-to from now on. Everyone I met today was genuinely kind, friendly, and honest. The crew at Metropolitan Collision are extremely efficient, professional, and friendly. Dealing with a fender bender isn’t something I ever want to walk through, but doing it with these folks makes it better. The bodywork on my 2019 Nissan pathfinder is impeccable and detailing it too, is so appreciated.

I've taken both my wife's Mercedes SUV (after a tree fell on it) and my daughter's Audi SUV (after a weather related collision) into Metropolitan. They do incredible work and take pride in it. While the wait times can be long (they are popular and supply chain issues have been impacting everyone), they work very hard to get it done and guarantee the quality of their work. It's well worth bringing your car into them. I can't recommend them enough.
