Went for an inspection sticker. The tech servicing me asked if I would like a small crack in my windshield polished while i waited for my inspection sticker. I said sure, not sure what polishing a crack would do? He proceeded to dremel two holes on the crack and then polish some chemical into it. He did this for a few minutes and then tells me it didn't work for some reason. The next day where he dremeled the holes, the cracked expanded through my view and now I need to replace the windshield. I called Mastelube and they said he just started there and to call him. He is not answering and his mailbox is full. Someone needs to call me and see about replacing my windshield. Not sure what calling him will do, I went to Masterlube. One of Masterlubes employes dremeled my windshield. Someone needs to call me.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! 1 star is being kind. I got an oil change by them about a week or so ago. A few days ago, I noticed that my car was leaving oil puddles wherever it was parked. I went back to them and told them of this.They looked under my hood and said that it’s not leaking and that old oil was dripping down, which I did not believe because the oil puddles I was leaving behind were huge and was left EVERY time I parked. Went to Hampton Toyota to find out my drain plug was stripped and the gasket was gone. If you want to save your money, time, and car, do not go here.
