Kirkland Autoworks is very trustworthy. That's so important for women. I haven taken my Audi Q5 there for several years and totally depend on my car for everything!!! Joe and Ethan are very knowledgeable and straightforward on their recommendations plus are really nice to deal with! They are a solid choice for car care!

Great bunch working there, awesome customer service and prompt appointments when needed.

Time after time the guys here at Kirkland Autoworks knock it out of the park. They are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, fair, and quick while maintaining great quality. They keep consistent communication and service fees are always lower than any other place around here. Due to their honest and professional approach, I come here all the way from Sammamish and always recommend them to people looking for a shop in the greater Seattle area. My family has been coming here for various issues over the years. Ranging from some hybrid vehicle work to trucks and other cars. Even simple stuff like oil changes and rotations are very fairly priced and they work with what you want not what they think you want/ need.

“I came in requesting an A/C refrigerant evacuation and recharge for my Tesla. The shop had availability and the equipment, but as soon as I mentioned the vehicle was a Tesla, I was repeatedly told ‘we don’t do Tesla’ without any explanation. I would have appreciated a professional explanation regarding policy, liability, or EV service limitations rather than a dismissive response.”

update - My car was making a dreadful sound, then this great place was found! They changed my oil, a necessary task, and put new spark plugs to make the engine last! from nine years ago - Forget the rest, Kirkland Autoworks is the best - professional and very kind. If you are reading this review in hopes of finding a good fit between your family and an auto repair shop, please call them, then and visit. Our family made this decision and it has turned out perfect in every way. Five stars out of five.

⭐️ 1-Star Review: Predatory, Dishonest, and Almost Cost Me My Car — Thank God for Matsenko Auto Body I brought my Subaru Crosstrek to Kirkland Autoworks because my heater wasn’t working. I expected a quick diagnosis. Instead, I was given one of the most dishonest, fear-based, and wildly inflated repair estimates I have ever encountered. They told me my car had multiple “critical” failures and urgently needed: • A new heater core • A complete coolant system overhaul • Both cylinder head gaskets replaced • Valve cover gaskets • Spark plugs • And thousands more in unnecessary repairs Their total estimate was nearly $10,000. The way they described the supposed “failures” was so alarming that I genuinely believed my car was done for. I was stressed, panicking, and seriously considering trading my car in for $500 and buying a used one because I thought the engine was failing. That’s how convincing and damaging their scare tactics were. But thank God I didn’t make that mistake. I took my car to Matsenko Auto Body for a second opinion — and they literally saved me thousands of dollars. Here’s what Matsenko found: ✔️ NO head gasket failure ✔️ NO heater core issue ✔️ NO catastrophic engine problems ✔️ NO need for any of the massive repairs Kirkland Autoworks tried to sell me ✔️ The real issue? 👉 Just the thermostat. A simple, inexpensive fix. Matsenko was honest, transparent, and genuinely cared about helping me. They walked me through everything, showed me the truth, and treated me with respect — the exact opposite of what I experienced at Kirkland Autoworks. Because of Matsenko, I kept my car, saved thousands, and avoided being taken advantage of. Kirkland Autoworks’ behavior wasn’t a misunderstanding — it was predatory, unethical, and harmful. They tried to turn a minor issue into a financial nightmare. ⚠️ Avoid this shop at all costs. If I hadn’t gone to Matsenko Auto Body, I would have scrapped a perfectly good car and wasted thousands on repairs I never needed. I can in for a vibration in my car. This shop told me I had three bearings that needed to be replaced. The repair was over $2000. I wanted to get another opinion. The next shop told me that all of my bearings were fine. None needed to be replaced. The vibration turned out to be caused by the tires. I saved myself over $2000 by not taking this shops word for it. The owner called me and apologized for the mistake and refunded the diagnostic.

I went to 2 different European auto shops. They screwed up my battery and these people knew how to fix it.Love that I can trust them. OEM parts.

Great experience. They diagnosed a tricky issue that I had already gone to another auto shop for, and they actually explained everything they were doing and worked with my schedule to get my car back quickly. My car feels noticeably better to drive now. Definitely recommend!

Absolutely five star! My power steering was dead and I had my car owed in to the shop. They looked into it and told me right away it there was a recall on my car for that and I should have the dealer fix that for free. During the entire process, they were super helpful and nice. Love, love, love these gentlemen!

I was changing my tires at Costco when they told me I needed an alignment and recommended Kirkland Autoworks for their quality and fair pricing. I headed there expecting to book an appointment — but they were kind enough to squeeze me in on the spot, even with my tight schedule! The staff was super friendly, patient, and answered all my questions without rushing. On top of that, they even changed the battery in my car keys , such a sweet and unexpected gesture. Service was fast, professional, and affordable. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for honest people who truly care and respect your time. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I am a regular customer to Kirkland Auto works for past several years. I really had such an unpleasant experience today that I am not going to visit the Auto shop again. The staff are not trust worthy and very rude. Stay away from this Auto shop I personally checked at the lobby yesterday about head lights installation and was informed that the technicians were busy. I can schedule an appointment for service and can get lights installed as part of that. In fact, When I am at the Auto shop for service appointment today, the folks at the front desk have retraced their words and did not admit to committing to that. The folks at front desk were so rude that I am deeply hurt with their behavior. Never experienced such bad behavior anywhere else.

I am extremely satisfied with the service I received here. The wheel alignment was done flawlessly. Highly recommended!
