The experience could not have been better. After our car was sideswiped by an 18-wheeler, we were concerned about the difficulty of restoring it well. From dealing with our insurance company adjuster, to dealing with the car rental company on our behalf, to dealing with us and our car, Karl was efficient, friendly, helpful, and made the process truly easy and seamless. The quality of the work appears to be excellent, and their pricing was reasonable. Even our insurance adjuster commented that they were easy to work with. I hope I don't need their autobody repair services again anytime soon, but if I do, I would go out of my way to use them again.

I worked with their Bethesda MD office and was very pleased. Quality of work is excellent and Karl kept me informed throughout the process. Most importantly, they are a very effective advocate on your behalf when dealing with insurance companies.

Very happy with my bumper replacement. They did a nice job and stuck to the estimate that I was provided ahead of time. The location to pick up and drop off in downtown Bethesda was also very convenient. Karl was helpful and kept me updated during the week they had my car for the repairs. I recommend them, and will definitely come back in the future.

I chose Imperial Auto Body in Bethesda based on their reviews, and it was absolutely the right call. Karl provided excellent, personable service from start to finish. My car was repaired beautifully, and they even detailed it before returning it to me, a nice touch I didn't expect. They also work seamlessly with Enterprise car rental, so I was able to drop off my rental car right on site, which made the whole process incredibly convenient. On top of that, their repairs are guaranteed for the lifetime of ownership, as long as you're the original owner at the time of the repair. Highly recommend this shop. They really deserve the recognition!

Imperial Auto Body of Bethesda did a great job repairing damaged bumpers on our Lexus sedan. Karl was a pleasure to work with: confidence-instilling, on top of the job, and very clear on discussing our various options. He and his team accomplished the work on time, as promised, and we found the cost very reasonable. I've already recommended a friend whose car needs some body work to his business. Two thumbs up!!

Easy pick up and drop off. Karl explained everything and was able to give a quote within a range that depended on a few yet unknown variables. He followed up when the job was about to start with an updated quote. It was done earlier than expected. Such a bonus to be right here in Bethesda. Car looks brand new again. Thanks!

This review is long overdue, but I wanted to make sure I recognized the outstanding service I received from Karl at Imperial Auto Body of Bethesda. From start to finish, Karl made the entire repair process for my Jeep smooth and stress-free. He kept me informed every step of the way, answered all my questions, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right. The quality of the repair was excellent, and my Jeep looks as good as new. What really stood out, though, was Karl’s professionalism and customer service—he went above and beyond to make sure I felt taken care of. IMPECCABLE WORK AND COMMUNICATION! Karl, you were a pleasure to deal with. I dropped off my car @ the Bethesda location, they replaced and painted the entire front bumper on my 1-of-a-kind car which is The White Arrow a 2015 SL 550 which is only 1 of 400 cars that were made, and it was ready in just over 1 week!
