When Daisy was really booked a few months ago, she suggested Karina to do my cut-and she did an amazing job as well! I knew I could trust Daisy and she was right to suggest Karina! September 5, 2026GoogleCustomer for years, not satisfied with service today. My haircut was fine but didn’t get washed. Stated she had another client and I should have told her. I’ve never had to tell my stylist to wash my hair, it was done. If this is a new policy, then I’m done with Hair Cuttery. Another stylist had to wash my hair.

Also, booking through Lily (the automated appointment service) is so convenient. Highly recommend the Lombard location
