Staff were friendly and helpful, the manager went out of his way to make sure I got my tires the same day. When the tires that were originally were quoted weren't in stock, the manager found similar tires and gave me a deal to make them the same price as the original ones. Great service, highly recommend.

Very fast, friendly and knowledgeable. Service was professional and completed quicker than I expected. Went in for a flat and was done in less than 45 min.

I was losing pressure in my front passenger side tire. II had purchased tires from this facility previously but not for this car. Without question, they checked the tire and found a spall puncture that would need tire removing from the wheel to patch. This was all done in about 40 minutes and at the end there was no charge. The staff were extremely friendly, curteous and professional. I will 100% be returning to this Firestone outlet again. Thanks guys!!!

Really had a great experience here at Firestone Santa Clara location. My tires were replaced within one hour. George is an amazing guy. He proactively applied all the discounts available without me asking for them explicitly. Would recommend this location 5/5 for all auto needs.
