5 reviews for Excel Automotive & Tire

Quality work and great prices. Highly recommend

I can’t say enough good things about this shop. I had to get some new tires switched over from my old vehicle to my new one. Due to the time I arrived I knew it might not be until the next day that I would be able to pick up the vehicles. Excel made it happen. Stayed past closing time to finish my service with a smile on their face! Some shops make it seem like a chore, this was not the case! Excellent service, fair prices, and personable people is what makes Excel stand out! Thanks again!

I have had work done at the Burgaw location, the Surf City location and now the new Wallace location. It is always a fantastic experience. They are all knowledgeable, fair, and honest in both their work and pricing. Overall a fantastic family ran business. I would recommend them to anyone for all of your automotive needs.

On the way from Wilmington to Durham I had to make an emergency stop to replace my car’s alternator. I had no idea where to go, but I knew I was in a rush. I stumbled on this shop, and I am so thankful I did. The staff here were kind, helpful, and responsive. They immediately worked to locate the part, verify the issue, and got me back on the road in less time than I could have imagined. Very grateful for Excel Automotive & Tire and would highly recommend them to anyone!

I went to Excel in Burgaw for years and have even been to there Hampstead shop both were excellent. The new Wallace shop is just a continuation of that same great service. It is a welcome addition to our town. Riley at the front is professional and the service was excellent. Stop in for all your Auto needs!
