Lived in a unit for 4 years. Had no issues. Capital team were amazing.

I moved into one of their apartments in 2021 and had a great experience over the past two years. Michael was incredibly helpful during my apartment search, and once I moved in, Jeff was always responsive whenever there was a maintenance issue to resolve. I would have continued living in the apartment if it weren't for my relocation to another city.

Michael helped me find a great unit in Beacon Hill. Both he and Jeff from property management were easy to communicate with, and responded quickly to all of my needs. I would highly recommend working with them if you’re looking to rent in Boston.

I was a tenant in a property managed by Capitol Realty for over 3 years. The staff was always responsive and attentive to any needs. They were extremely professional both in property repairs as well as tenant placement. Nothing but a positive experience.

I own a condo in a building managed by Capital Realty Group. After over 2 years, I have had some issues which required Jeff’s attention. Jeff always responded quickly and professionally to address and correct the problem. I have always found Jeff to be courteous, professional and efficient.

Been renting from Capitol Realty for close to 2 years now. In my experience, they have been nothing but professional and responsive to any issues, especially Jeff. Highly recommend.

My husband and I have lived here for 5 years now. Capitol Realty was the best when it came to showing us the rental and explaining all the details of the rental property and our lease. Jeff has always taken time to address our questions or problems/concerns regarding our rental. Any repairs needed have been executed in a responsive and timely manner. Jeff is quick to respond, even when I text him at 7am in the morning. LOL. Jeff and Capitol Realty are always there for us and that’s why we will be renewing our lease again!

These people are professional liars. Michael and Jeff act like they don't know each other. Michael poses as a realtor and Jeff as a property manager. But in reality both work in the same agency. The way both lie in a very coordinated way is mind blowing. These people are professional liars, I don't know how people still fall for them.

I currently live in one of their apartments and it’s never taken care of. The whole building is infested with spiders, adult spiders along with egg sacs in the mailroom and laundry room. They neglected to pay for electricity for a while until it became an problem. They ignore any calls regarding any issues. Capitol realty is just an Extremely unprofessional group of people who shouldn’t be in charge of anything.

Bad customer service!!! Really rude attendant! Unbelievable!!

Not happy, I've asked for a balance sheet for years. They ignore me. They are a joke. If I was able, I would dismiss them.

Thanks so much for everything CRG! They found me tenants in practically no time at all, the best property management group I could ask for. I shopped around quite a bit and even have experience in other areas of the US with real estate, and I have found this team to be top-notch.

Wouldn't deal with anyone else in Boston. These guys really do know what they are doing, and I've always been treated fairly. The best property management that I've come across in this area!

Nice agency in a sea of doubt! Around the Boston area it seems like all of the realtors have the same apartments for rent for the most part with the same prices. Capitol realty seemed to have the best prices and services around though. Good personal touch with the agent I had and never felt hassled.

Been doing business with capitol realty recently and have had nothing but good experiences. This group takes wonderful care of all our management needs. Regulations, communication and just about everything is great. Couldn't ask for more.
