Lived in a unit for 4 years. Had no issues. Capital team were amazing.

I moved into one of their apartments in 2021 and had a great experience over the past two years. Michael was incredibly helpful during my apartment search, and once I moved in, Jeff was always responsive whenever there was a maintenance issue to resolve. I would have continued living in the apartment if it weren't for my relocation to another city.

Michael helped me find a great unit in Beacon Hill. Both he and Jeff from property management were easy to communicate with, and responded quickly to all of my needs. I would highly recommend working with them if you’re looking to rent in Boston.

My husband and I have lived here for 5 years now. Capitol Realty was the best when it came to showing us the rental and explaining all the details of the rental property and our lease. Jeff has always taken time to address our questions or problems/concerns regarding our rental. Any repairs needed have been executed in a responsive and timely manner. Jeff is quick to respond, even when I text him at 7am in the morning. LOL. Jeff and Capitol Realty are always there for us and that’s why we will be renewing our lease again!
