Amazing place to take your vehicle. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They fought with the warranty company multiple times, provided proof, and spent A LOT of time and energy to win my case. The work they did was spot on and communication was top notch. They also provided a loaner car free of charge for an entire month while things were being sorted out. 11/10. I will be driving past dozens of shops and spend the extra hour to take my car here in the future. Highly recommend.

I have been to Wilson's Auto World twice, the first time they correctly diagnosed and repaired a variable valve timing solenoid based off of, to the best of my memory, what was a p0016 code which was probably not the easiest thing to diagnose as it denotes an error with the camshaft position sensor (which could come from numerous things and also lead to bad consequences) but they got it right, and now many months later no check engine lights and car runs like a top. The second time I was there, they diagnosed "noise," and once again got it right by replacing my wheel bearings which has solved the problem. They did this for a great price when I compare it to what is listed on repair pal, etc. Thanks Jarrod, Jason, an team ... great job. I was at Wilson's again today 09/28/26. Once again, they were very honest with me and made sure that things were done correctly. Jarrod and Jason do a great job keeping my car on the road. Thanks Guys!

Wilsons was fantastic! I had my rear lower control arms and a wheel replaced! Pricing was very fair and well explained, and about half of what the dealership quoted me. Speedy repair and great communication, will 100% be my first stop for car work in the future!

Got the struts done on my Challenger at Wilson's. And Jason gave me a great price and Sean did expert work on my car. I'm so happy with them. I'll always use Wilson's Auto World.

After Walser tried to price gouge me, Wilson’s was extremely transparent and communicative about the work needed on my car. They fixed it in the time they said they would, and exactly at the price they quoted me. They were all friendly and helpful, and I would certainly recommend them!

I’ve trusted these guys with my car for two years but in about 48 hours they managed to undo all of that. Took my car in for suspension work. Another mechanic had installed some faulty control arms. Wilson said they had used subpar parts, but assured me the ones his shop was putting in were better quality. But less than two months later, one has gone bad again. Hey, it happens, sometimes there’s a manufacturing defect, no big deal. I take it back in, they assure me they’ll fix it in under warranty. Great. When I don’t get a call back to update me on when I should come get my car, I call in and am told there’s a delay because because the new part broke while they were installing it. Ok, happens, but weird that’s it’s happened twice. The real kicker, though, was when I go to pick up my car it’s completely dead. Won’t even turn over. That’s weird, considering I’ve had no battery issues from this car in recent memory. I go back in to see if I can get someone to jump it and maybe take a look at the battery. Basic customer service, right? Wrong. Almost immediately, Jason starts to point fingers at me. First question was “well are you sure it’s your car?” Yea, believe it or not, I am able to identify my own car before getting in. Also, the gas meter is showing only a little above empty, and I dropped it off with over half a tank. So I’m like “hey, where’d the gas go?” And Jason’s response was “well did you give it to us empty?” No. “Well maybe it’s been sitting here for awhile, cars die if they don’t start for a long time.” According to your shop, it was test driven less than 6 hours ago, so try again. When it became clear he could not care less about identifying the issue, I gave up and drove it to the gas station, then autozone. Autozone (who did far more for me than this shop) tested the battery, the alternator, even poked around to make sure the battery’s connections were good. Everything came back 100% clear. Which means something this shop did killed the battery, completely drained it, and they refused to even give a possible answer. And I really only wanted an answer so I could meme’s the problem sooner rather than later. I didn’t go in there pointing fingers, but Jason was immediately on the defensive, which is not what I’m looking for. And hey, maybe he saw a woman and thought he could bully her into shutting up. Again, not what I’m looking for in a mechanic shop. I wish them all the best, I certainly won’t be returning, and I would caution other women (and people in general) against this place. Because they’ll turn on you in a moment.

Approximately two years ago, A friend of mine, Tina Jean, In Minneapolis, Minnesota. Purchased a 1978 Lincoln Continental beautiful Car, I sent the vehicle to Wilsons to have all the Fluids changed, After talking with the shop and feeling, they would do a good job, When she got it back, Her friend checked the differential, And it was overfilled, Other sign showed, That they didn’t do the Fluid change as, Shown, She just recently took her to another shop and they realized that the power steering was overfilled, And was never changed, I had written an extensive review about this situation, And Wilsons called me and asked me to take GOOGLE Review down, As they did the work, But I have now come to terms, That the shop did not do what they were supposed to do. It’s sad that this could happen, I would be cautious using the shop. Sincerely, Dan Allen, Tampa, Florida.

I’m really disappointed with how this situation was handled. Ever since I got my BMW, I’ve brought it to Wilson’s Auto because I trusted them. I’ve spent thousands of dollars there over time and have never had a reason to complain. They’ve always treated me well, which is exactly why this experience caught me off guard. When I picked up my vehicle, I noticed damage on my display that wasn’t there when I dropped it off. I brought it to their attention, but I felt like my concerns were dismissed almost immediately. I was told it was UV or sun damage, but after comparing my screen to photos of UV damage, it looks completely different to me. I’ll include those comparison photos so people can make up their own minds. I’m honestly not the type of person who leaves negative reviews or complains. I’m not looking to get something for free or take advantage of anyone. I simply wanted my concerns to be taken seriously and for someone to acknowledge that something may have happened while my vehicle was in their care. What disappointed me the most wasn’t just the damage—it was the way I felt like I wasn’t being heard. After being a loyal customer and trusting them with my car, I expected better. I genuinely hope no one else has to leave feeling the way I did.

I can’t share enough how wonderful this place is. Specifically Jason, who advocated for me, dealt with the Jeep dealership to uncover a warranty I didn’t know I had, and continued follow up to ensure my vehicle was fixed and I wasn’t taken advantage of at Jeep. The customer service is top tier and I recommend anyone who needs their car fixed or looked at, to come here.

These guy's are very conveniently located and easy to access, I was able to call their main line and drop off my car the same day. Not only did they beat my previous quote given from another shop, but they had my car ready for pick up the next day where as other shops in the area wouldn't have been able to get me until the following week. Will highly recommend.
