I accidentally ordered a wrong 02 sensor with them via amazon marketplace and open it .. And they still give me a full refund .. great guys and easy to deal with .. I will definitely go back there if theres a parts that i need in the future ..

I had such a great experience with Vancouver Auto Parts! I thought I needed my brakes and rotors replaced, but instead of trying to sell me something I didn’t need, they were honest and told me my brakes were actually in great shape. They serviced them for me and got everything sorted quickly. I really appreciated their honesty and professionalism — they didn’t overcharge me or push unnecessary repairs, which is unfortunately not always the case with auto shops. The service was quick, convenient, and they’re super close to my home, which is an added bonus. I’ll definitely be going back and would highly recommend Vancouver Auto Parts to anyone looking for an honest and reliable place to take their vehicle!

They left my car unlocked on their lot and someone got in and stole stuff and trashed my car. Beyond that, completely new issues started to arise less than 30 minutes after I left the shop. Stopped in on after a road trip so I couldn’t go back again.

Brought my car in for a oil pan and oil pump replacement ended having to give over %50 deposit for the parts which is whatever but they proceeded to tell me it would be ready next week for over a month they even told me lies saying they put parts in it and worked on it ended up towing it to another shop turns out they ordered the wrong oil pan VAP can’t even order the right parts or do the work they didn’t touch the car the parts I ordered they said they installed I ended picking with the car to take to another shop complete waste of over 2 months it’s been there -0 STARS

Friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile. Rarely get service like that anymore. Would definitely recommend.
