One of their valet drivers crashed my car, gashed two tires that needed to be completely replaced. Valet driver then contacted me and said the tires were in that condition BEFORE he drove the car. Upon inspecting my dashcam footage, I saw the driver hit a curb while driving DISTRACTED, watching a video while driving my car, causing the damage. Submitted everything to valet management and they have been dragging their feet on compensation. Furthermore I was told by their management that the driver was suspended due to my dashcam footage and no longer servicing my unit. One week later and I see that same driver servicing our building, and I still haven't received compensation for the reckless damage to my car. Seems like from Glassdoor reviews that they pay so little to their drivers that they get some of very questionable character, and management is aware and does nothing to correct downright reckless and illegal action by their employees. Seems like they also have no recourse or punishment for dishonesty and distracted driving. To any building management firm, business or HOA, avoid using their services at any and all costs. Just pay more for a serious valet service.

Absolutely love the energy working at Texas concierge great new staff that’s very motivating!! Love the different areas that I was placed being around positive minded and successful people I have nothing but gratitude definable would recommend good reliable people,

Rebecca needs to look-up the words "professional" and "hospitality." She appears to be unfamiliar with both concepts. Stupid!

This is my second year living at an apartment with the TXConceirge service. I live with two other girls and we are in our 20's so finding the feeling of security while living in the fun of downtown/victory park area was our mission. I have to say it is near impossible finding a place anywhere in Dallas proper with safety as an obvious priority. One of the main reasons we chose the apartment was because of the concierges and it is without a doubt the main reason we resigned a second-year lease. If it weren't for the TX concierges that we love I don't believe we would have resigned. It was one of our biggest deciding factors when determining if we would move or stay. Just knowing we have someone readily available if ever in the garage or just walking in the building- it is so comforting to know they will be there and able to help/call for help at any point in time. Blesson, Ruben and Austin are so great. They have been at our high rise the longest and we really appreciate the longevity of placement for most of the concierges. They are all so friendly, know everyone personally and are always ready to help in any way possible. All apartments have pros and cons but TX concierges out weigh the cons every time :)
