Tires were exactly as ordered. I had previously ordered my tires from Walmart and it took three or more months for them to be delievered and that came in multiple deliveries. But TireMart had my tires at my doorstep within three of four days and that was just standard delivery.

Great prices and quick shipping.

Delivered to the wrong address but I found them.

Shipped the wrong tire. Seemed very inconvenienced throughout the return process and then told me they didn’t have the tire I needed. UPDATE: they replied saying they didn’t have another tire in that size, but as the picture attached shows they have 10 in stock. What they don’t have is the BLEM tire that I tried to order, but that would put them out money in order to make it right.

Five stars Tiremart. Order Nexen winter 2 tires for the front. My SUV car feels it have the muscles. Best winter tires ever made. Website- Easy to order. Shipping was fast. Note- King David will always buy winter tires here.

Great tires at a great price

Ordered a tire listed as New, received the tire and on having the tire mounted, there was a hole in the sidewall. I contacted customer service where they said they would not replace but would refund me the sale price paid with the $10 off. I asked for a replacement as the defective product shipped already cost me $21.20 as the sidewall hole was discovered on mounting the tire. Pictures were provided showing the shipping sticker and the circled hole. they said they would not send a replacement and would refund the price, they also said I could keep the tire and I replied that that was not an offer as I would also incur disposal fees for the tire itself. Asked again and they elevated it to a supervisor who said a refund is all they could do. A company is supposed to assure a product is not defective before shipping it, and all I asked was to be made whole by a replacement, but that was too much to ask, even if with all my costs I would still have lost $7+ on the deal. From the reviews I was hoping they stood behind the work, still waiting to see if they will. One of the issues of mail order tires.. if it's defective, you eat all the costs if they will not do the right thing. ** Update, they offered me a code after I pressed the issue, This code as the less expensive product was gone had me buy a higher priced tire. In the end the cost with mounting again will run the same as if I got it at firestone as the mounting is included. I gave them a second chance as They tried to make it right. In the end I will break even. Take this as an outlier and remember if you don't mount tires yourself, a discount may not be a deal, as a tire mounted in a shop when you purchase one, is working when you leave.

Your reviews show that you send out defective tires all the time. The one in the photo below had a big bubble in the sidewall. You can not see the bubble without putting air in the tire. I was told I had up to 30 days to return the product if there was anything wrong with it. Now you say I can not return it because I put air in it. Never put this on my car. Shame on you. You are just ripping people off. Do not give these crooks your good earned money. They will ship you garbage that can not be used.

So far bad experience with them You have to call them all day from the time they so call open until the time they so call close before you get to speak to anybody The 2 people I did speak with The first person said my order being processed for delivery and she will send me a email confirmation never received it The second person I spoke with said he was sending me a email confirmation with my tracking number to track my order with fedex And I still never received a email I feel like this was a scam
