I went in April 2026 to get 4 new tires, they did an alignment which messed up my lower control arms. I went back and showed them what they did after the Hayward Alignment shop showed me what they did and they tried denying it! I will never recommend this place to anyone nor will I ever go back.

I drove from Livermore to Hayward to get my tires and rim changed because of the unbeatable deals at Tire Wheel Discounted and I had an overall great experience.

I had a very disappointing experience with this tire shop and would not recommend it to anyone looking for honest or fair service. From the moment I arrived, I felt like the focus was more on charging customers than actually helping them. I came in because one of my tires had a slow leak, expecting a professional inspection and straightforward advice. Instead, I was immediately told there would be a charge just to check where the leak was coming from. In my opinion, inspecting a tire to determine the source of a leak should be part of the basic diagnostic process when a customer is asking for tire service. Charging a separate fee simply to look at the problem felt excessive and unnecessary. The pricing overall seemed extremely high compared to other tire shops in the area. Rather than explaining the issue clearly or providing options, I felt pressured into paying for services that should have been included. There was very little effort to help or earn my trust as a customer. It gave me the impression that making money was more important than providing quality customer service. Customer service was another major disappointment. Instead of taking the time to explain what was wrong with my tire or discussing possible repairs, the staff seemed rushed and uninterested. I left feeling like my concerns weren’t important. A good business should make customers feel valued, answer questions honestly, and provide transparent pricing before charging for services. There are many reputable tire shops that inspect tires, explain the problem, and only charge for the actual repair or replacement if needed. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I felt nickel-and-dimed from the start, and the overall interaction left me questioning whether the charges were reasonable. Trust is one of the most important qualities in any automotive business because customers rely on technicians to provide honest recommendations. Sadly, this shop did not earn my trust. I left feeling frustrated, disappointed, and convinced that I could receive better service elsewhere for a more reasonable price. I won’t be returning, and I cannot recommend this business based on my experience. If you’re looking for fair pricing, transparent service, and a shop that genuinely wants to help customers rather than adding extra charges for basic inspections, I suggest looking elsewhere. There are plenty of businesses that value long-term customer relationships instead of trying to maximize every visit with unnecessary fees.

I call him and I ask him how much the tire and he told me 395 like $400 and I never sent you the tire for $100 if you talk no go on this location you have tire for 78 $80 and the warehouse and he still with $400 be careful from this location. No go on this location go anywhere not this location this location if you’re stuck and you go on this location search the price for Thai not for one tire be careful.

Paid for alignment, but car still pulls to the right. Went back and was told something else was the cause. No issues were mentioned before I left. Very poor service!

Edit (1 year later): Rotors installed were not appropriate for my vehicle. Wasted $400. Went somewhere else and ended up having to purchase brakes and rotors AGAIN because this shop did terrible work. Never coming here again. Original: Excellent service. Low prices and treated like a valued customer. Will come here for all my tire needs.

My go to place to patch tires. Price is very reasonable.
