Food was good but the service was ABSOLUTE trash, the lady with the glasses and hand brace was rude from the time me and my friends came in because we asked to be seated on the left because the only other option was right in front of the kitchen, she kept saying the tables were pushed together and we just requested one be pulled off and because of that she stormed off huffing and puffing to the back telling the other workers to deal with us. The service takes forever as well. I will be going back to milk and honey but never this location.

I genuinely don’t know what happened to Milk and Honey, but this place has fallen SO far off. I’ve been a customer since 2021, and this was honestly one of the worst meals I’ve ever had from a restaurant. My Wife and I spent about $50 on lunch pickup and basically nothing was right. The salmon BLT was missing the “secret sauce”, the salmon tasted terrible and smelled questionable, and the fries were soggy, flavorless mush. The chicken wings were cold and bland, the waffle was mushy with no syrup or Biscoff, and there wasn’t even ketchup in the bag. For $50, this was absolutely ridiculous. I could’ve made better wings and waffles at home with an air fryer. This chain used to be a go-to for me, but the quality has declined so much that I genuinely regret spending my money here. And honestly, I probably should have taken the menu changes as a warning. A lot of the things that originally made Milk and Honey worth going to like the French toast and other staples are gone. But I still gave the new menu a chance, and this meal was a complete miss. Whoever prepared this order should have caught these issues before it went out the door. Missing ingredients, cold wings, soggy fries, an improperly made waffle, and questionable quality salmon for a $50 order is simply unacceptable. At this point, I don’t know what happened in that kitchen, but somebody needs to get it together. This was unacceptable.

Omg. I couldn’t make this review fast enough! This place was so awesome! For one the menu options were so hard to chose from so we just had to other a bit of everything. The shrimp po boy slides, the wings & hot n honey sauce. The French toast. Shrimp and grits & fish sandwich! 💯💯💯 Tens Ten Tens across the board. Darryl was such a pleasant server as well. First time but may have to run it back before we leave.

The service here is absolutely horrible. I have never experienced being completely ignored while trying to place a to-go order. I don’t understand how a business expects to survive with such terrible customer service. At this rate, Milk & Honey won’t be around much longer.

This Milk and Honey Cafe was so amazing!! We felt welcome from the moment we stepped inside!! My waffle was the best waffle I have ever had and the chicken was cooked to perfection!! My daughter got the French toast and it too was amazing!! The service was amazing as well!!!

This place is way too expensive, it doesn’t match the quality of food you’re getting. I can’t believe you have to pay extra (10$ for chicken) for the meat to be with the pasta. The pasta was already 15$ on its own. The appetizer starts at 16$ for food that tastes like it was microwaved. The flavor was all over the place, too salty!
