Ryan and his crew are wonderful! The communication was awesome and the service even better!!!

I had a multitude of issues with my 2010 Honda Pilot. Each issue was handled in a professional and timely manner. Ryan explained each issue using diagrams, pictures and video. I was able to make an informed choice on each one. I will definitely have my car serviced again at this car repair shop.

We love trusting our Honda to the H Shop. Always a perfect job.

My 2010 Honda Insight was slow to start and kept throwing ABS and Check Brake System warnings, and eventually it wouldn’t start at all without a jump. I’d had the 12V battery tested elsewhere and was told it was fine, so I was worried I was in for an expensive hybrid system repair. Ryan at The H Shop got to the bottom of it quickly. He tested it properly, found the 12V battery was actually the problem, and fixed it without trying to sell me anything I didn’t need. He was super helpful, explained everything clearly, and made the whole thing stress-free. The car starts normally again and the warning lights are gone. They clearly know Hondas, including the hybrids, and they’re honest and easy to work with. I’ll be bringing my car here from now on. Thanks, Ryan. Highly recommend!

Finding an honest, skilled mechanic can feel like searching for a needle in a haystack, and I’d like to say I finally found one, the H Shop. Ryan and his shop are amazing, matched only by their integrity. Ryan explained the repair work clearly, offered very fair prices without hidden surprises, and never tried to upsell unnecessary service. I cannot thank Ryan and the shop enough for their exceptional workmanship and dedication to customer satisfaction, I’m glad I finally found my mechanic.

I have two aged Honda cars and The H Shop helps me keep them running great without spending a fortune. The owner/operator communicates very well and does not push for unnecessary service. Quite the opposite, in fact. He has counseled me a few times to skip or postpone a service because it was not needed. He does a great job performing the services that are needed. I get lots of emails, text messages, and pictures of all the work, both before and after. The software used at the shop makes it easy to review the estimate and approve or reject each proposed service. A terrific auto repair shop! How often do you hear that?

Took our 27-year old CRV for an oil change. Ryan gave us a run-down of issues that are up-and-coming but don’t need immediate attention. This is much-appreciated extra service. As always, nice work.

I recently had an issue with my vehicle a 2022 Honda Pilot. The check engine light came on and the vehicle began running on limp mode. The following morning the light disappeared but the problem was an intermittent Rocker Arm Oil Pressure Switch. I brought the vehicle in and Ryan was helpful and got me in that day and out with bin 45 mins. Professional and friendly service.

We brought our new to us 12 year old Odyssey van to The H Shop for a thorough looking over and partial engine rebuild. Ryan explained the entire process to me and documented the meticulous work with photos and videos. We couldn’t be happier with the work!
