If you ever came to this location while it was still the Thai restaurant, be prepared to be amazed. The new decor and ambiance is simple with a touch of Japanese comfort. Service was great with welcoming and friendly staff. The food itself exceeded my expectations in both presentation and flavor. I had the Kimichi Beef Rib Ramen (pictured), 10/10, the meat was tender and the broth was flavorful with noodles cooked to perfection. As an appetizer we had Truffle fries, they was missing the truffle flavor so in the end the taste was just regular fries but still good. My picky eater had plain Miso Ramen which was a huge serving but he enjoyed it. We will definitely be back.

The whole experience was phenomenal. The restaurant was such a great vibe. Everything we ate was delicious. Hands down the best boiled pork gyozas I have had.

Phenomenal ramen, tastes authentic from Osaka!

Another ramen spot in PHX! We heard they just had their soft opening on 9/10, so of course we had to give it a try! The place is really nice, clean, modern, and nicely decorated. We ordered the Premium Tonkotsu Ramen, Kaisen Don, and Chicken Karaage. The broth in the Premium Tonkotsu Ramen was really flavorful but not too heavy. And wow, there was a lot of meat in that bowl! Pork belly, pork loin, pork chunks, beef tongue, plus clams. Everything was really tender. I was actually surprised to see clams in ramen! The Chicken Karaage was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Simple, but good! We also really liked the Kaisen Don. It had spicy tuna, yuzu salmon, scallops, and crab meat. And not imitation crab either, it was actually real crab meat! Everything went really well together and the whole bowl was very flavorful. I checked out their website afterward and found out they're originally from Chicago. Oh, and they also have a Monster Hell Ramen Challenge! If you can finish their Level 5 spicy ramen within 20 minutes, you get a $50 gift card, a T-shirt, and free noodles! Yeah... I don’t think I’ll be trying that one. Glad we came to give this place a try. Legit! We'll be back!
