Hi Corsa, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review! We're glad to hear you enjoyed our tasty milkshakes and that our fries hit that perfect balance between soft and crispy. We appreciate your feedback about the spice level, too. We know everyone's heat tolerance is different, and we're sorry our spicy option was a little too intense for your taste. The good news is we have 13+ signature sauces, so we'd love to help you find a new favorite! On your next visit, give our Sweet Red Chili or Cayenne Ranch a try—both are packed with flavor and offer a different take on spice. Our team would be happy to make a recommendation based on what you enjoy. We hope you'll come back and give us another opportunity to earn that fifth star. We look forward to seeing you again soon! Warm regards, DDR Slim Chicken Guest Relations.

We also appreciate your feedback regarding the additional charge for extra sauces and your suggestion for more dessert options. Comments like yours help us better understand what our guests are looking for. We think you'll be excited to hear that we have a Banana Pudding Jar coming soon! It's a delicious addition to our dessert lineup, and we can't wait for you to give it a try. We hope it becomes one of your new favorites. Thank you again for your feedback, Leslie. We look forward to welcoming you back soon and hope we can earn that fifth star on your next visit! Warm regards, DDR Slim Chicken Guest Relations.
