I had a great experience getting my car repaired here. They were nice on the phone, great customer service and informative at the drop off. Super nice at pick up as well. They even vacuumed and washed my car.

SDR provides the definition of true, exceptional customer service! SDR's staff is personable, communicative, and always positive. Their quality of work is exceptional. We had significant damage done to the left side of our vehicle and could not believe how brand-new our vehicle looked upon pick up. We swear there was even that "new car smell" as we drove home. We cannot recommend SDR Collision-Cockeysville enough for repairs. Truly, truly, exceptional business and staff!
