Great experience, great guy

Hassan got me in to a 2018 Silverado and worked with me for a couple days to get everything right for me. Definitely recommend Salem auto group

Bought this 2017 Chrysler Pacifica from these guys...I love it, and i got a great price on it. I couldn't say no. My wife will be wanting a car soon, i will definitely be going here again.

This Dealership has lot of inventory and prices very well, they are super nice and work hard for you there. 10/10 I definitely recommend.

Great experience. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with. They let my mechanic inspect the car as well.The whole process was quick and straightforward, and I got a great deal on my car. No pressure or runaround. Definitely recommend checking them out!

I got a 2014 Honda Odyssey from this place in July 2026. I wasn’t going to do a review but multiple ppl told me I should do others are aware. The first time viewing the vehicle that I was interested in, it wouldn’t start upon trying. The guy had to jump it and told me “it’s been sitting for a while” then asked me if I wanted him to pull it out of the spot it was in, for me, I said yes, as he backed out he scraped up against the curb leaving scud marks on the van.. these 2 instances alone should have been a tell sign to NOT purchase from there. They reassure me they’ll check and make sure the battery is ok over night and to come back tmw to test drive again. I come back. It works and seems ok. I then notice the wrong kind of mirror on driver side, not same as passenger side. So I mention that, they state they will replace the mirror and to come back, a few weeks pass, I call, they say the mirror is there so I schedule to come, the guy asks upon arriving if I want to wait in office; I stated no I would rather stay in or by the van, he goes inside to get the mirror and comes back out TELLING me I should go sit in the office bc it’s hot, so I stated I will go to BK next door. 15mins pass and he calls me needing the key to make sure it’s working BUT did not want me to go back to the van with him, he met me at the BK parking lot and said just a few minutes. Minutes pass and I walk back to the van to find my key in the van and him no where, I had to leave to get my kids and the mirror was on so assumed it was done and good to go. Come to find out, he just attached the mirror, did not electronically install it so I can move the mirror left or right from inside. NOR was it the correct mirror - not the same as passenger side bc it had a blinking camera and the one on driver side does not. Then to top it off, my AIR stops working in the van after leaving there that same day he worked on my mirror. I text and let him know and he states “I fixed the mirror what do I have to do with the air?” So now I’m upset seeing I just spent thousands of dollars on this vehicle and within 2-3weeks I’m having these issues. He states he will run codes on the van but he is not a mechanic. I go back the next day and upon arriving , like less than a mile from the place the van starts going crazy on the dashboard , my screens go black in and out , the gages are exelerating as if I was going 50mph when I was really only going 15-20mph, so we get there. I park. Van doesn’t reverse either for whatever reason. So he looks at it.. he thinks it’s the battery, says he’ll replace the battery, gets battery in, has some guy check out the air and got it back working. Van seemed back working and I leave. Less then 10 minutes after leaving that same day, my van does the SAME thing that was happening prior to coming. So at this point I am LIVID. The dealer also tells me while I was there he’s trying to help me because he’s going on vacation for 9 days .. I try to call the dealer and no response of course. I had to get it towed and looked at, had to pay for the repair out of my own pockets. It was the alternator! Since I got that fixed it has seemed to be ok. My air and heat system is still not how it should be but I’m able to get to point A to point B. The guys were nice and did tried to help but after all the chaos and issues still happening even after, I just realized I should not have purchased from there. Just making others aware to maybe do more research about this place AND OR the vehicle you’re looking into purchasing!

The staffs at Salem Auto Group, especially Hassan, were easy to work with, helpful and answered all my questions both in financing a car purchase and making a one time payment to own the car.

While researching, calling, and test driving vehicles for my son’s first car, we had the pleasure of meeting Sam at Salem Auto Group. I have been buying cars for over 40 years. Never have I ran into a dealership. That is this disorganized, and this untrustworthy i'm not gonna get into all the detail about how horriblely we were treated. Buy this dealership. I will just say if traveling any distance to visit. I would beware.
