Every single time I’ve had the need to go to Saggu automotive over the past four years, Henry has treated me so kindly and professionally. And the care he gives to my elder Prius is always efficient both in cost and time. I feel very fortunate to have found Henry and his team. Even though I have to drive more than a half hour to get to them I know it’s worth it.

Had to bring my 06 Armada in after work due to a PO306 misfire in cylinder 6. They were able to confirm and fix the problem the same afternoon. The cost was very reasonable and they got me back on the road in no time. That tells you they understand your situation, and know how to deal with the problem in the most efficient way possible. Thank you Henry, for accommodating me in such short notice. I will set up an appointment to get the other issues fixed.

Stood inside the office for over 10 minutes and got no help at all. I was hoping to get my car inspected but I guess I'll go somewhere else.

Yesterday I had a great experience at Saggu Automotive Repair for my rideshare vehicle inspection. The workers and the boss were incredibly kind, respectful, and professional from start to finish. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s not every day you come across a place where you feel genuinely valued as a customer. If you’re around Kent, Federal Way, or Auburn n its vicinity,I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a reliable and friendly place for vehicle inspections or repairs. Definitely a spot I’ll be returning to.
