Desperately needed a quick turnaround on a repair to avoid a hotel stay and missed appointments. Took it in late Wednesday without an appointment, had it back the following afternoon. Very happy with the price and the process.

They are a busy efficient well run shop. They got me in for service , and it didn’t take a long time and the do quality work. They always have. Waiting area is clean and comfortable.

I tried to get my truck a front end alignment. I called around, and every shop that does alignments won't work on a 1998, which is what I have. I was avoiding Rick's because usually, any auto mechanic shop that nice will have prices to match. Since Rick's was the only shop that would take it, I went ahead thinking that it would be expensive, but when they were done, it was less than I got on my wife's car, which is a 2014 very common model at what used to be my regular shop. Now I am a Rick's Automotive customer! They were also more friendly than other shops. It was really nice to drive my truck home with better steering control!

'03 Ford dually truck would not start, had to be towed to Ricks. His team got us in quickly and after the fuel pump and filter was replaced, we were set to go. Excellent care and service. Highly recommend. Many thanks.

I was visiting family in Lampe and I had a loud grinding noise in my car. It was a Friday afternoon and the local repair shop had no openings. They recommended Ricks so I called up and they worked me in that afternoon. They were doing their diagnostics on the problem and I started to look into a rental car so I’d have a vehicle over the weekend. I mentioned something to the service technician and they offered a loaner car to me. After a few more minutes they found a rock behind the brake rotor. They’re assembled the car and had me on my way. When I went to check out, they didn’t charge me. I was flabbergasted. Here I was a 1,000 miles away from my home and they worked me in, would’ve set me up with transportation if parts would’ve been needed and then charged me nothing. I would recommend Ricks to everyone. Thank you so much for getting me back on the road
