100 reviews for Referral Cleaning & Restoration

Jeremy did a fantastic job! My carpet had not been cleaned in an embarrassingly long time, so it was quite dirty. He very thoroughly cleaned the carpet wall-to-wall, with extra effort along the baseboards. I could not be more please with the outcome.

Friendly staff, carpets look and smell amazing. Second time we have had them clean our carpets, and we will have them again. Highly recommend

Referral Cleaning was used for cleaning my Tile grout and tile in kitchen, laundry room, master bathroom and foyer of home. VERY thorough, neat and courteous . Explained whatever needed. This was the 3rd? time I have used them for this. Also used them for upholstery cleaning and carpet in the past. AND they have NOT raised their prices for years!! Mary Jane Novosel

Without a doubt, Referral Cleaning & Restoration is a 5 Star business. We have trusted them with carpet cleaning since they were first recommended to us by CR Carpet. Today, Jeremy did an excellent job. His attention to detail and the care he took to do the job right is why we will always rely on Referral. He worked nonstop on our carpet and it now looks as good as the day it was installed. If we could give him 6 Stars we would.

Prompt arrival. Very professional in their work. Very knowledgeable about high end rugs . I had a few different companies give me estimates for my rug. They all quoted slightly cheaper but none of them were able to look and feel my rug and tell me what the material was etc. These guys however were spot on and knew exactly what the material was and in fact educated me. Well worth the slightly higher price and worth the wait to get an appointment

Today we had Jeremy and David come to our home for carpet and furniture cleaning. We have used Referral for many years and appreciate their professionalism and attention to detail. They use corner guards so that your trimwork does not get damaged. Both Jeremy and David were very conscientious and explained what was involved with the services performed. We would highly recommend referral carpet cleaning for all of your carpet and upholstery needs.
