Got an out of province inspection done by Andrew. Great and quick service and answered all my questions. Would strongly recommend.

One of the worst places I ever went to. He did tell me a price and after the service he gave me another price. His job and time is so shady, and no respect for the customers. Anna's garage is so dirty and smells so bad that you cannot even sit and wait for your vehicle there. It's just an advice. Do not go there

Andrew is awesome, always excellent service at a reasonable price and he always makes the extra time for us. We wouldn't take our car anywhere else! Also, excellent customer service from Cinder (the customer service dog).

Needed a little routine maintenance, plus a few additional things checked on. Andrew listened to my concerns, had great communication and did fast, efficient work. As long as he's got the time to do the work, I'm happy to keep bringing my vehicle here for the foreseeable future.

Andrew is truly one of the best mechanics I've ever worked with. My impression of him is that he really cares about the person, not just the money or getting a job done.

Used them twice. First time to replace leaking radiator, second to fix air conditioning in my van during heat streak. Both times on short notice. Got fixed the same day. Excellent service. Andrew is very knowledgeable and experienced mechanic. He was very accommodating and treated me quite well. Definitely will use them again.

First of all. Had a few good experiences with him doing some work on my car. Next time I went - was treated extremely badly and the mechanic was so rude and unpleasant. I was in a bit of an emergency and needed something done without an appointment so too a chance and went somewhere I trusted…but I just got laughed at and was told “good luck getting someone to do that for you today”. Well. Budget Auto and Muffler (nearby) told me “yep sure. That’s not a problem to be done today” and they took care of me instead of being rude to me. You lost a good customer and someone else gained one.

Can't remember the last time I had this good of an experience with a mechanic. Car had some noises coming from the bottom rear. He took the car in and at no charge he inspected the issue. He didn't have the part that needed to be changed to fix the issue and to save money he suggested I try to find it on my own as his supplier was giving him a really high cost. Andrew was right an I managed to get the part elsewhere on my own for a fraction of the cost. He then worked on the car using the part I bought and only charged for labour, letting me know what was wrong and what he would do with full transparency which is rare these days. Noise is gone, car runs smoothly now and Andrew even texted me a week later to follow up and check if car was doing ok Highly recommended!

Andrew is a great mechanic, really knows his stuff and a very fair person that just wants to fix what is wrong. He really helped me out at the end of June with a brake issue. Nothing but fairness and common sense, much respect and very strongly recommended! For the negative stuff here about bad customer service, etc... if you're looking for someone to listen to your story and give you a warm hug, forget about it. He knows his stuff and doesn't have time for anything that isn't essential to the issue at hand.
