Ortega Auto Tech always helpful, prices match the work and he is always showing the parts he take out and the new. My main mechanic and fixes any problem. Brake problem fixed fresh and new.

I was very please with Ortga Auto repair today! I literally came right before closing amd Emlio stopped to give me an oil change. HE also check the car for anynother issues. He and his wife really showed how much they care about their customers. I will recommend them to anyone looking for a good mechanic. 👍

Excellent Service — Highly Recommended! I had an outstanding experience with Ortega Auto Repair on Pembroke Road. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with professionalism, honesty, and genuine care. The team took the time to explain what was going on with my vehicle, answered my questions, and made sure I understood the repairs before moving forward. What impressed me most was their honesty, fair pricing, quality workmanship, and excellent customer service. It’s not always easy to find an auto repair shop you feel you can trust, but Ortega Auto Repair definitely earned my confidence. My vehicle was taken care of properly, and I truly appreciate the attention and effort they put into getting me back on the road. I will absolutely return for future service and would confidently recommend Ortega Auto Repair to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy mechanic. Thank you to the entire team for an excellent experience!

I learned about Mr Ortega through my daughter someone referred her and he always treated her and her and her car like family. Trustworthy and honest always breaks down and explain everything he's fixing. l recently purchased a cash car wich needed some work and received the same treatment it's good to know that I have a honest and good mechanic now. He knows his work.
